I bought the Mega palette and the Interstellar Icon quad and love them! I didn't get the Star Wars palettes, so all the shades are new to me 🎨✨🙌🏾 I may get one of the lip balm pots and a few other $25 goodies.
One quad, the blue iteration is made in Italy & the other 2 are made in the U.S. from US & imported ingredients for anyone that is interested in those little deets. I love fleur fantasia for that ethereal look! It’s angelically pretty! Definitely use a good primer or lay it with a mixing medium to get that ‘McGrath’ effect. I have been waiting for this review! Your reviews are so reliable and my favorites. I even go back and rewatch them after I purchase the products even if it is months or years later. At this moment, this collection is a pass for me. It is stunning but I don't know if I will get enough wear from these palettes now I am not going out as much. A lot of the formulas seem so chunky. I think I prefer last year's collection. The reviews of the highlighter seem to be more favorable towards the packaging than the product itself.
Me too!! Michele is my go to, most watched youtuber and Im looking forward to Mishmas so much more than any holiday collections and x-mas in general. I got almost all of the collection but its pretty and whatnot but for some reason im not over the moon about any of the items. The shipping on the other hand... holy cow thats the worse I ever had the displeasure to experience. Still waiting on my Mega palette that I ordered on 25th Sep and I was missing half of the items in my 2nd order so yeah they need to deal with their awful shipping because it seems like 90% of everyone who ordered had shit go wrong
@@Miss_Dita Thank you for sharing your experience! I heard SO many horror stories about the shipping - long delays, poor communication, missing items, duplicate items. It sounds like a mess. The worse thing is that Sephora gets them 2 weeks after the PM launch and those ship faster. I think the color stories for all the palettes this year have been very similar - heavy with pinks and purples. I am not a huge fan of those colors so nothing really inspired me. I use to buy every PM holiday and Mothership release but I noticed I barely use them compared to my Natasha Denona palettes and this season I have been loving the Dior Quints. I would love to see a 10 pan mothership matte. Something that can accompany all these glitter and metallic heavy palettes.

I was so excited to get Celestial Divinity but the quads are just "okay" to me. When I look at them, I struggle to visualize a look. I have adopted the Marie Kondo approach to my makeup purchases this year. The quads don't bring me joy so it's a pass for me.
Oops, I didn’t again - Michele Wang made me buy it! I had written-off buying any id the new eyeshadow palettes from PM, but I could not resist the Fleur Fantasia one after seeing your video.
I bought the 18pan palette and all the quads. I gave the fluer one to my mother because it's too light. I love all of my other PML palettes.....sadly enough, this holiday collection isn't wowing me. I think it is time for PML to slow down on the eyeshadow palettes. It's time for blushes and bronzers.

I picked up the quads and the highlighter and I love the highlighter. I agree that it is pretty customizable! I still haven't tried my quads but I love the looks you created.
I've added the Celestial Divinity palette to my PM collection but I'm not that interested in the quads. I don't use such colours, in fact, I haven't used the Celestial Divinity palette yet! I’m not super interested in the highlighter but I did have a question...I noticed that Tara Lynn was having trouble with the lid staying on and keeping that package closed. Have you had any trouble? This last look is similar to the pink/green multichrome from the divine rose two. I still don't have it. Can that shade be duped from this 78$ palette?
My fav is fluer Fantasia too! I think we are in the minority with that tho cause most reviews I watched seemed to like risqué rose the best. I like risqué rose a lot as a companion palette but not as a stand alone, that blueish shade doesn’t go with the other colors and I’m not really into hot pink.
Since Pat is having a sale on her website, I really want to pick up Interstellar Icon but I've heard SO many terrible things about shipping and refunds that I would rather order it from Sephora at full price. At least I know that I'll get it and quickly as well :s

I actually like the Pat McGrath highlighter. It is a very pretty color. I was scared that it was going to be too blinding for my taste. I like the subtlety of it. I’m probably going to be in the minority.

Ohhhh first person I've seen try this highlight where it wasn't too dark or too grey toned... maybe it's more neutral toned friendly than I thought 🤔 I think I like the intergalactic icon quad shades best...I do already have decadence though
I don't really like that they recycle the same shades over and over. For instance, gold standard and blue blood were in one of the eyecon palettes (which you can get for like 12$ on sale), then in the star wars release, and now here (since it's a re-release of star wars). So some people will buy the same product at least three times.
R u happy with ur purchase tho?? I'm so confused bc of how PML has done things and the reactions of the ppl I watch r about like urs. I just don't know now if u want anything from this launch anymore, when I was extremely excited when it was 1st announced.
This years quads just didn’t hit it out of the park for me. The looks just aren’t interesting, there are repeat shades, and they seem best for people who don’t follow her collections. The highlighter should have been in a gold compact and $55 ; it’s heft (in price and physicality) feels odd given the cheaper design of the other pieces in this collection. It’s out of place next to her highlighter trio. While I’m happy to get my star wars fix with another 6 pan thrown in at cost, I just think she should have made things up to collectors who had most of the shades of that palette with three stunning quads instead of going so half hearted on the color stories, then putting the best one on her site to avoid the VIB sale. Fleur Fantasia quad should have been a mothership including the six pan new shades in the middle of the larger palette. The quads should have been special shades that coordinated with the Star Wars collection and then the highlighter would’ve gotten a pass on pricing from me. She would’ve satisfied old and new customers and not taken a financial hit trying to impress newbies in a hard COVID year.
That ribbon drives me bonkers. They are causing my lid to shut. I will stand the mirror up and the ribbon will yank the lid down. I tried to anchor an eyeshadow brush to hold it open. I have an accounting degree, so this is outside my expertise. I will ask my husband. He is an engineer.

Same here, the only colour scheme that appeals to me is the one with the blue but they aren't the astral blitz formula so I'm skipping

I've had no trouble with mine. The lid stays tight.
I haven't had any issues with the highlighter lid. It screws on, so it's very secure.

Ohhhh first person I've seen try this highlight where it wasn't too dark or too grey toned... maybe it's more neutral toned friendly than I thought 🤔 I think I like the intergalactic icon quad shades best...I do already have decadence though

I don't really like that they recycle the same shades over and over. For instance, gold standard and blue blood were in one of the eyecon palettes (which you can get for like 12$ on sale), then in the star wars release, and now here (since it's a re-release of star wars). So some people will buy the same product at least three times.

Would you compare the application and sheen of the highlight to the Westman Atelier Peau de Peche/Peau de Rose?
The sheen is similar, but the formulas are completely different so the application is completely different. The WA is a cream product.
Ugh I still do not have my quads!! I am so upset at this point I feel like I should've just waited for them to be released at Sephora!!

None of these are drawing me in. The highlighter looks nice, but I have enough highlighters. Like the packaging though.
This years quads just didn’t hit it out of the park for me. The looks just aren’t interesting, there are repeat shades, and they seem best for people who don’t follow her collections. The highlighter should have been in a gold compact and $55 ; it’s heft (in price and physicality) feels odd given the cheaper design of the other pieces in this collection. It’s out of place next to her highlighter trio. While I’m happy to get my star wars fix with another 6 pan thrown in at cost, I just think she should have made things up to collectors who had most of the shades of that palette with three stunning quads instead of going so half hearted on the color stories, then putting the best one on her site to avoid the VIB sale.
Fleur Fantasia quad should have been a mothership including the six pan new shades in the middle of the larger palette. The quads should have been special shades that coordinated with the Star Wars collection and then the highlighter would’ve gotten a pass on pricing from me. She would’ve satisfied old and new customers and not taken a financial hit trying to impress newbies in a hard COVID year.
That ribbon drives me bonkers. They are causing my lid to shut. I will stand the mirror up and the ribbon will yank the lid down. I tried to anchor an eyeshadow brush to hold it open. I have an accounting degree, so this is outside my expertise. I will ask my husband. He is an engineer.
