@@fiore01 nope... In my country before we cook the food we wash the veggies, meat with water... And if we sell food on the market or street, we never touch the cook food with bare hands.. but I understand that its normal to touch food in India or some sort of country..

@@je187u Wasn't really saying anything about that. Just stating there's a lot of "looking like you're moving fast" for nothing and if you watch multiple french fry business videos they pretty much accomplish the same outcome at about the same time frame without all the jittery movement. I get that it probably impresses some people because people are usually impatient and showing some sense of urgency makes them feel like the person is really working hard. Wasn't an insult toward the business itself. Just an observation and ironically I've ran food trucks before and had a multitude of labor jobs that probably most people wouldn't take to begin with. So I would go even farther to say I've worked harder than them throughout my lifetime. Until I found a nice non labor intensive work from home job because realistically no one WANTS to work hard. So your bet would be very incorrect. Also, not me in the picture if you're going to assume I'm fat and lazy or something as a next weak attempt to make a snarky comment about something I said that is genuinely being presented in the video. This guy is moving fast for nothing. The food isn't getting made any faster and if anything he's wasting a lot of energy. Have a good one though!

The food/restaurant industry requires high effort for what some would consider unreasonable hours or wages and for lack of better words it's honestly a pain in the ass (opinion). So it must be a passion to be a career (also an opinion). I can see how my point might have been misinterpreted. I did not mean they had a lack of work ethic, just that they were expending a lot of effort unnecessarily. Wish you the best and happy to have a reasonable conversation!
