What kind of bizarre super-human are you? It would take all my attention just to contemplate and eat all that food, but somehow you manage to have lunch, socialise with your friends AND do an amazing painting and film it all! I am in awe 🤯😊

so jess karp, i would totally get at the color, get color samples and forget the actual cups and tableware, but the first thing that sticks out is the arrangement for food and the color, plus the drink bubble action. But i get it laying out the outline sketch . nice imagery.

I just finished John Truby’s Anatomy of Story & am currently into Anatomy of Genre & the point you make about finding a foothold before going complex applies to writing as well as drawing. Side note, I have been enjoying Philip Glass & The Minimalism Playlist over on Apple Classical. This probably speaks to Betty Edwards’ point of looking for the intertextual connections across all artforms.
