- South Africa wants to host a Formula One race. The drivers want Africa to be included in the World Championship. Tell this country what the hosting fee is. Then can this minister explain to this country where this money will come from seeing that there is budget cuts all over national government departments.
Almost confirmed for '23 with a late pull out due to political stance disputes which I find ironic, looking at the other countries that are currently hosting. Anyway, I think it'll happen as it seems the funds were already given the green light.
