I knew the original four seasons of Pingu was all claymation, but seeing it all fold together like this just backs my knowledge up a ton!
Also, that music sounds like it came out of seasons three and four and later reruns of seasons one and two. Even the DVDs have this style music. And I used to own a few of them meself!
