JYJ was three people, formed by the members who sued and left SM. Yes, G-Dragon designed the first light stick (for BigBang). H.O.T. already had fan chants so they seem to have been around from the beginning, probably J-Pop groups already had them, which were the blueprint for K-Pop. Wrestling is a good point, I always say K-Pop boy groups are like Football (Soccer in the USA) for girls: arena events, tshirts, towels, photocards, even team competition and almost hooliganism between toxic fans of different teams! The founder of the first J-Pop boy group "The Johnnys", Johnny Kitagawa even managed a school baseball team first! (Sadly, he was a pedophile who abused his trainees.)
Ballads aren't my thing, so this doesn't resonate with me like some of their other music. Of course, their vocals are impeccable. Why does their style look so much older than 2005 to me? And why does nearly 20 years ago seem kinda recent to me? I think in 2005 I was probably listening to Sufjan Stevens and Bloc Party and had no idea this music with this aesthetic occupied the same timeline. I'm feeling my age now.
You're right about the 2006 boyband haircuts.
Cause the song is actually from 2005.
😂😂😂
It is wrong that you watched the studio version their Tonight live in Mirotic concert is one of the best and you should watch that.
I prefer the version from the "Rising sun" concert.
If its TVXQ, they always sound so immaculate on live. Even much better than the studio recording. Aaaa I missed those good ol 'days.
This cant be live though, look how its intercut with studio scenes where they dont even have microphones.
@@aligensa oh I'm talking abt generally, not this mv. :)
@@soraka1436 Ok, then I agree. :) Same is true of several SM groups, eg SuJu and EXO.
Yes, I went head over heels every time when attending their concert. TVXQ! never disappoint.
