    Looks really interesting! If you split your cucumbers lengthways first with a knife, you can scrape the seeds out with a teaspoon and it makes grating them afterwards much easier.

    Always the question, "what am I going to do with all the," cucumbers, beans, zucchini & tomatoes! One thing I know, I've never regretted putting them up in some way!

    Never heard of cucumber jelly, I will have to make this and can some. Last year I had so many cucumbers I was looking for new recipes.. thanks memaw

      I bruise ss easy every cence I did so much chemo and they Dr said my skin was really thin ( age) lol
