    Here are some MUST HAVES FOR MY NATURAL HAIR! What are yours?!

  • @crownedgoddess4945

    I love how you clarified in your video that you don't need the specific product your mentioning, you just need a product LIKE IT in your regimine. I dislike when people try to convince people to buy specific product, this is always why newly naturals begin to fill their shelves to the top because everyone tells them to buy everything. I agree, protein is always so important. I love my Inahsi Mango hemp Restorative hair mask and blueberry bliss curls reperative leave in.

    Let me just start by saying you have given me hope. My hair is just like yours. I just realized I have high porosity hair. I did the hair strand test and my hair floats on top (low porosity not). Lies I tell you. I have color in my hair, it's often dry and it tangles on itself like it's dating. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Let the church say Amen. Keep doing what you're doing. I now know there is hope

    Would you use JBCO on fine high Porosity curly hair ? I feel like everything weighs me down 😔😔😔 my hair gets so dry throughout the day

    • @MelissaQ
      @MelissaQ  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      JBCO is a heavy oil that my hair loves. You may want to try using an oil mix to cut some of the heaviness which what I do. The truth is that we just have to nurture our hair more than any other porosity. Moisturizing often is just something we have to do.

    I am yet to find a good detangler 😔. I bought the Not Your Mother’s and it was not helpful at all. Completely ineffective. I was so disappointed.

    • @MelissaQ
      @MelissaQ  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I used V05 Moisture Milk Conditioner for years and at at times it was better than so called detangles. It is less than $1 and you can use a lot of it. Another option is to deep condition and then detangle AFTER allowing it to sit on the hair for 1 hour or so. It’s designed to soften the hair. Or another option is Oil rinsing.
