I lived in Malaysia, and this is similar to how I make this dish.

In the Philippines, some slap soils don't think of killing crabs in a humane way. They eat it fresh from catch, with only vinegar right there and then disgusting!
That sounds great, just not the vinegar. I bet they kill them quicker than she did.
