My mom absolutely hated me my entire life. She never held back her feelings about me. At 8 years old I was in the emergency room due to trying to defend my father and I almost lost my eye. I had to lie to all the doctors what happened. When I was 17 I asked my mom if she wanted to go to the mall with me. Her response, " Why do I want to go to the mall with you? I have my own friends." She kicked me out of the house for no reason. And years later after I went my own way. I stopped by the house to check on her as my father was gone. I found out my younger sister and her husband had a room to go to. I asked her why couldn't I ever have a room when I was older. Her response, Where are they supposed to go when they're in town? Like I don't deserve. And I suffer with all my relationships because of her actions. It's so hard to overcome the It's so hard to overcome the Immense pain she put me through. And there's a lot more that goes with that.

Thankyou❤❤and thankyou Alex for allways asking the right questions! Would you say the ego, innerchild and subconcious are exactly the same? And what do you think about subliminals, these are affirmations that cannot be picked up or judged by the ego and go straight in the subconcious for reprogramming?
Hi @infinity-vv4yj, We're glad you appreciate the discussions and questions! To clarify, In our model, they are the same thing. Regarding subliminals, they can be a tool for influencing the subconscious. However, it's essential to approach them with awareness and choose positive, empowering messages, as they can bypass Shen's discernment. Always prioritise techniques that align with your values and well-being. Hi @tonbridgeroy, If you're interested in discussing this further or seeking insights from others, our Wu Wei Wisdom community could be a valuable resource for you: facebook.com/groups/wuweiwisdomcommunity/. Hi terrib5262, Thank you for your question and for being a part of our community for two years. Yes, teenagers can definitely benefit from these methods. In fact, introducing concepts like self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping mechanisms during the teenage years can be particularly impactful. These teachings can help teenagers navigate the complexities of their emotions and experiences, providing them with tools to build resilience and self-understanding. As with any age group, the key is to adapt the concepts to be age-appropriate and relevant to their experiences. If you know any teenagers who might find these methods useful, we encourage sharing these teachings with them. And if you have any specific questions or need guidance on how to adapt these methods for teenagers, feel free to ask. Warm regards, David
Hi ryanhowley6977, Thank you for acknowledging the depth of the question raised. It's encouraging to see such engagement and appreciation for the complexities of the topics we discuss, especially in relation to the material world. Your perspective adds value to our community's understanding and exploration of these profound issues. If you have any further thoughts or questions on the topic, or any other matter, please feel free to share. We value your input and are here to delve into these meaningful discussions. Regards, David
Hi sarahsmile8518, You've captured an essential aspect of our teachings accurately. Indeed, a significant focus is on empowering individuals to create and manage their own feelings, rather than relying on others for emotional fulfillment. This approach is key in avoiding codependent relationships, where one's emotional state and self-worth are overly dependent on another person's actions or approval. By fostering a sense of self-reliance and self-awareness, we aim to help individuals build healthier, more balanced relationships, both with themselves and with others. It's about understanding that while others can contribute to our happiness, the foundation of our emotional well-being lies within us. Thank you for your insightful understanding of our teachings. Your engagement with these concepts is greatly appreciated. Regards, David

About your own adult children? After all the best you did for them. And why do them allow others monoplane their minds about their family??❤️
Hi @nargesnourshahi5091,
Navigating relationships with adult children can be challenging, especially when external influences come into play. It's important to remember that each person's path and understanding are unique, including the choices they make in their relationships. Fostering open, non-judgmental communication can be key.
Hi @infinity-vv4yj,
We're glad you appreciate the discussions and questions!
Hi @tonbridgeroy,

Where are your rings?
Can teeneagers use these methods??
That is a very very profound question in the material world!
Hi terrib5262,
Thank you for your question and for being a part of our community for two years.
Warm regards,
David

It sounds like you are teaching how to avoid codependency by cautioning us NOT to rely on OTHERS to create our OWN feelings?
Hi sarahsmile8518,
You've captured an essential aspect of our teachings accurately.
Regards,
David
