I would say go for TCS Digital, simplye because they are paying around 50% more, and both are service based companies so not much difference growth wise. Also, better starting salary = better switch in future. Btw do note that accenture is more likely to give your preferred location than TCS.

Shoe is compulsory, only on weekends you can wear slipper or sandals but with closed toe

Its not allowed inside work place. You can come in burkha but will have to change once inside campus.
