Have an oblique strain now from twisting too much punching the heavy bag. Felt the pain 9 days and I did light seated row yesterday and strained my right oblique more. The worst is when I sneezed OMG!!! I read your article and I’m going to follow your approach by resting for 3 weeks. No gym. Going to see my dr Monday. Salute 👍🏽 🇦🇺

@@The-OC he just told me to rest. And I did. Didn’t do anything for 3 weeks. It was all due to bad technique. Now I train at a boxing gym (since Feb this year) and so far no oblique injuries due to lots of fitness, technique practicing, shadow boxing and so on.
@@FlexTonga81 exactly what I've been doing, I'm near through week 4, actually woke this morning and albeit it feels very stiff and achy, the sharp pains are vertually gone, another few days of rest and I think I'll be able to start light stretches and strengthening exercises.
Hey, by self diagnozing I think this is what I have. The First week and some days I suffered from this stabbing plain and it was Even difficult to drive and take turns. First I thought it had something to do with my ribs because it was hurting in my lower rib area But later on I figured a side strain was a better fit. I am on week 6 of recovery and have only worked out twice because the pain slightly coming back after each workout. I have almost no pain at all, which have been the case the last 3 weeks now and the pain only occurs, just a bit, when I do a spinal rotation so that the area Get stretched (if that makes sense? Im from Norway so my english is a bit loose) I have been very very careful with exposing my self with heavy activities because I’m afraid it will be Worse. I’m getting very stressed from not working out because that is my passion But I don’t know what to do. As I said there’s a slight pain when I rotate my body so it stretches (just to feel if it’s still there) But when I do day to day normal things I can’t feel anything. I am tired to be insecure and don’t know what I Should do from here :(

Does it feel like a broken rib or fractured rib. I fell on my butt slipped on a log ever since thenmy tailbone hurts and my obliques or fractured rib I'm not sure what it is can you tell me what it feels like
It has been 2 month my doctor said its muscle strain but he said it is not serious first 10 days i was hurting but now after one month it won't hurt , sometimes when i do some heavy movement in my right side it hurt a little bit , i don't know if this is normal or not ? What's your openion , and did your condition was swelling?

@@The-OCrest and sleep are your best friend’s for recovery. Then slowly bounce back to your full fitness. Slow and steady always wins the race.
I have mild pain that comes and goes randomly. Various doctors have checked me. They all said it's not a hernia. What could it be?

I got an x-ray and blood test and also CT scan and everything came out good but they didn't or a ultrasound for my obliques
