    Thank you so much sensei for your clear explanation of how to work with the koan mo.
    I have a question if i may.
    If we repeat continuously "mu" on the out breath, doesn't become a mantra?
    What would be the difference between koan and mantra?

      @vioricadoina We hold Mu as a mantra until it rests on the tip of our breath. Then we drop the mantra aspect staying intimate with Mu always.

      @just_me_melanie Apologies. That is very frustrating. This channel isn't monetized and those ads are completely controlled by TH-cam. Once the channel grows enough to hit certain TH-cam benchmarks, then TH-cam unlocks features that will give us more control over reducing/eliminating some of the ads. Hopefully this will happen in the next couple of months.
      In the meantime, many of these meditations are also available on the Insight Timer app.
