If you are a big fan of Ikura (salmon roe), this is just the place for you. Specialising in all things Ikura, you will be able to sample up to 7 different kinds, harvested at different spawning times; resulting in very different and distinct flavours depending on their time of harvest. One of the most unique experiences I have had in Tokyo, this is a place you must visit at least once.
