I've been wanting to watch the anime of the Fate universe for a long time, but I immediately run into the question "in what order to watch"
Just watch Fate/zero first. Then either or both Unlimited blade works series and Heavens feel movies. Everything else from that is a spin off so you can watch whatever.
I will respectfully disagree with the person above.
I recommend to start with Fate Stay Night (2006), which isn't mind-breakingly good, but it gives the best exposition for all the other series, and is an alright anime, even if it doesn't really adapt the first route that well.
Then Fate/Zero, which assumes you already watched (2006)
Then Unlimited Blade Works, which assumes you already watched (2006) and Zero
And finally the Heaven's Feel movies, which assume you already watched (2006), UBW, and Zero.
(2006), UBW and HF work together to give you an almost complete picture of the main character, and Zero is just some backstory on the three main stories (although its also very cool)
After that, like BadCrazy said, anything you want
You could ask this question and get like ten different answers. The second guy here is the first person I’ve ever seen actually suggest watching Stay/Night 2006. Most everyone else says to skip it, but I’m not sure why. I watched Fate/Zero, UBW, Apocrypha (spin-off in a different universe), and Fate/Extra (spin-off in ANOTHER universe). I’m with the first guy, Watch Fate/Zero, UBW, Heaven’s Feel, and then whatever you want

there's no real concrete answer because there's a million ways to do it
I just recommend watching ubw, heavens feel, and zero, and then you can watch whatever fate you want
if you really want to see the fate route just read the vn instead of watching the 2006 anime, it's terrible

probably the design of Nitocris is the only one in the first film for 6 singularities from which I did not catch the wildest cringe (I caught more cringe from the first film in Camelot than in all the events in my life)
Nothing about the designs is cringe.
