Looks nice but could have used a couple more coats to deepen it a little more still has a little pinkish tone to it! But it does look awsome!
Candy apple red is one of my faves!

I`m retired now and i came here because i did paint and body work for over 40 years and i loved painting Candys. But the problem with Candys on a car you drive on the street is what happens if you get chips or some butt hole scratches or keys the car. A real pain to repair.

If wishing would get what I wanted,
I'd be dizzy. In my trip to now , I have been able to accumulate a lot of parts and pieces to almost whole 'nother car! I've got a LT1 350ci
high nickel cast iron 4bolt main engine block from a 1970 LT1 VETTE, w/the steel crank and the "pink" rods. I will find a '70 Vette to
"clone" into an LT1. Or at least that's what I want to do, if I live that life I want to , ya know.
That ROLLTIDE RED AND WHITE! Dream on I guess, I also have the Muncie-M21 4 speed that came out of the same car.
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!! This was my very first car. Had a 57 Chevy 283 w/ 2 barrel carb. Foxcraft 3 speed on the floor. 2 door & Blue .
Had lots of great times in it. Brings back lots of good memories. Ty. Hope to see car when done. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

1955 is the year I was born and the car that Mom and Dad brought me home in. Dad's car was a Belair 4dr.
I've had two, one a 2dr 210 hardtop, the other was a 210 2dr sedan("post"). It sorta wicks me off
when people calls the sedan a post,
sounds like they're talking about a picket fence, ha-ha. Spent all my life as a mechanic, wrenched on everything from lawnmowers to semi trucks and gas burners to diesels. Good job on the ROLLTIDE RED, now go with a pearl white and show the TIDE spirit!

I use to be a professional sprayer and I can say yes it s a beautiful job, but I did spot a dead fly sinked on the driver door , I maybe wrong.
@Mary Poppins I had to say , the technic of sticking masking paper on the floor is a very good one to avoid dust creeping up , usually I throw water all around but the draw back is water can splash while walking around.

I went to your site to see the finished car, I found lots of pictures of the build, but not the finished car, when I tried to look at other cars, I kept getting something saying, 404 error, page not available.

Sorry if you are having an issue viewing our website...we can't seem to replicate the problem...all seems good. As far as the 55 we painted, that build was taken over by our customer for the balance of the assembly work. We hope to see the finished version ourselves soon.

About four big pictures of cars pop up, then they all disappear but the 56 chevy.
Under that one big picture it says "Case studies " when I click on any one of those three pictures this the page I get-
