So sad💔Dave passed away 28.2.2024😢 Si must feel as if his other arm is pulled off💔 What a great loss.
I set my craving of giant meat ball's in special sauce from Cranstons butcher's Carlisle, if i new how to drule in type i would.
I love these lads! But why is the volume so low? I must remember to turn it back down before the next video blows me eardrums 🤘💜🤘
Same.
Beautiful
The volume is low. They were whispering LOL. The pork stew looks good
Excellent 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
Trying this one very soon 😍
Dave was a beautiful soul…and is sadly missed🙏
Most of Indonesia is Muslim so pork stew isn’t really authentically Indonesian unless it’s from Bali which is predominantly Hindu (no beef there!) or the islands of Bilitung and Bangka which are predominantly Chinese and there’s a ubiquitous spiced pork stew from there known as “Babi Hong” which this isn’t 🤦♂️
i’m an Indonesian and I’d say i’m a good cook. I think they’re trying to make “Babi Kecap” or Sweet Soy Sauce Pork Stew, which is actually a comfort food for Chinese-Indonesian or Christian Indonesian (or anyone who isn’t muslim and eat pork, really).
Most of the ingredients they used are spot on, the more authentic recipe would sometimes call for additional spices like white pepper, star anise, and lots of garlic. BUT I appreciate this version 🥰 and I think it would still taste delicious. I embrace other culture who wants to celebrate the food of my country. It’s 2021.
Also, despite being the largest muslim country in the world, there are still a lot of Indonesian who are not muslim, hence some of us do eat pork. And it’s more than just the population of Bali or Bangka Belitung. North Sumatera, North Sulawesi, and Eastern part of Indonesia are predominantly not muslim. :)
@@Ladyzwolf Well said

Please re-post with audio
Where can I find a WRITTEN recipe for this ? I have looked all over the net but I can't find it
Try search "Babi Kecap" (Sweet soysauce pork) and translate the page to english
Love these guys ❤❤❤
CAN'T HEAR IT... but it looked like it would be tasty.
Nothing to hear from these 2 charlatans
what happened to the sound i have it on full and can't hear!!!
Is this recipe in one of their books ? If so, which one ?
this is Hairy Bikers Meat Feasts
Garlic is 100% overcooked
How much pork for this recipe please?
VERY LOW sound, good food
No volume or recipe
Looks tasty
💖💖💖💖💖
Its beautiful and interesting
For those who doesn't eat pork you can substitute it with shank (but cook in longer time) or for vegan you can try with tofu or if you can get it, tempeh can be used for more flavorful dish. And for people who can't eat gluten Indonesian brand kecap manis is totally gluten free (ABC or Bango)
Good idea! I’m an Indonesian and this is one of my childhood comfort food. Chicken would be much better substitute than beef for this particular recipe! Use the fatty meat parts like legs or thighs. And you’re spot on about using Tempeh! Tempeh done like this is delicious 🥰🥰
