This fried chicken recipe is ingenious- I've got to try it! Your gravy base of mixing the flour into the oil reminds me of a roux- this method is often used down south in Louisiana's Cajun and Creole recipes like gumbo, étouffée etc.! Your culinary talents are limitless- looks so scrumptious!🤤
