  • This is the second part of a treatment that I did on one of my Advanced Raynor massage students in London in October 2018. He has had a long history of sporting activities such as basketball that have led him to have a bunion on his big toe and it for it to be curved a lot. This would take several treatments to correct but this is the first one trying to loosen it up as best as I can.
    Raynor Foot Massage, a specialized technique within the Raynor Massage system, offers a multitude of benefits for physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Here are some key advantages:
    Relief from Foot Pain: Raynor Foot Massage targets tension and discomfort in the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the feet. By applying specific pressure and manipulation techniques, it helps alleviate foot pain caused by conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or general muscle fatigue.
    Improved Circulation: Raynor Foot Massage stimulates blood flow to the feet, promoting better circulation and oxygenation of the tissues. Enhanced circulation can help reduce inflammation, swelling, and numbness in the feet, as well as support overall foot health.
    Release of Tension and Tightness: The feet can accumulate tension and tightness from standing, walking, or wearing restrictive footwear. Raynor Foot Massage employs deep tissue techniques to release tension and adhesions in the muscles and connective tissues of the feet, promoting relaxation and flexibility.
    Stress Reduction and Relaxation: Raynor Foot Massage induces a state of relaxation, reducing levels of stress hormones such as cortisol while promoting the release of endorphins, neurotransmitters that promote feelings of well-being. By promoting relaxation and reducing tension in the feet, it can help alleviate stress-related symptoms and promote overall mental and emotional health.
    Improved Range of Motion: Raynor Foot Massage can help improve flexibility and range of motion in the feet and ankles. By addressing muscle tightness and stiffness, it allows for better movement and reduced risk of injury, particularly for individuals with limited mobility or those who engage in physical activities.
    Emotional Release: Raynor Foot Massage may facilitate the release of stored emotions and tension from the feet. As pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet, clients may experience an emotional release, including feelings of deep relaxation, catharsis, or relief.
    Detoxification: Raynor Foot Massage stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to remove toxins and waste products from the feet. By promoting lymphatic drainage, massage therapy supports the body's natural detoxification processes, leaving individuals feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
    Energetic Rebalancing: Raynor Foot Massage incorporates elements of Eastern and Western massage traditions, including techniques derived from reflexology and acupressure. These techniques work not only on the physical body but also on the energetic body, helping to rebalance the flow of energy (Qi) and release energetic blockages that may contribute to tension and discomfort in the feet.
    In summary, Raynor Foot Massage offers numerous benefits for physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, including relief from foot pain, improved circulation, release of tension and tightness, stress reduction and relaxation, improved range of motion, emotional release, detoxification, and energetic rebalancing. Whether used as a standalone treatment or as part of a comprehensive wellness regimen, Raynor Foot Massage can be a valuable tool for promoting health and vitality in the feet and overall well-being

    That's why I had surgery.Those bunions get stiff over time and cause your big toe to push the other ones over.At one point of time I couldn’t bend my big toe,wish I knew about this here.

    You are doing acupressure massage.. the point of pain reflect a specific part of the body under stress.. the big toe point to the head and eye.. not enough rest..
    Foot reflex is not about pain.. the pain should lesser as you massage a point properly.. if pain increase then dun massage..it is not about doing it harder.. it about doing the right point .. not advisable to use sharp object to do the massage..

    Will this person's bunion reduce completely with regular treatment? How long would it take to see results completely

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      fongman312 that’s very difficult to say. It depends on a lot factors. I would say do about 8 hours work on the foot and then see what’s happening

      @@brandonraynor Can you actually straighten out an advanced bunion??? And even if you could, would the adjustments hold??? Or would the bunion quickly return??? Many adjustments over a long period of time would still be better than invasive surgery!
