Hello and thank you for sharing this. This tutorial is very complete and interesting. It will help me a lot with the repair and maintenance of my Jura E8 which already has more than 20,000 coffees on the clock. It still works very well but maintenance like this won't do it any harm. This video comes at the right time. Thanks again !
M vr Gr Marcel
Super video of brewing unit cleaning. But Jura resets its self-brewing unit group to the position. so it's not needed to mark. Only marks are needed on the grinding burr and grinder size. All tho video of that would be cool, and replacement of the hoses.
great video, really drove me nuts researching the part I found broken in half in my drip tray when prompted to empty. What was that washer at 17:47 you removed? Will I be doing damage to my machine if I continue to use it without it, or would definitely need to be replaced?
@@JANPANPOL In Jura coffee machines, it is important to clean, regularly empty the grounds container and clean the drip tray. I recommend disassembling and cleaning the brew unit once every 2 years.
@@wprzDon't you have a feeling you're drinking old coffee (possibly mould) in between these 2 years? I just can't understand how the coffee is be allowed to sit there for so long.
@@MaraxYTube I used more than 10 videos (including German and Polish ones). I don't recall which of these were helpful or useless though. My advice is to either film yourself or take lots of pictures while dismantling the thing, I struggled quite a bit a reassembling as some crucial bits were skipped over in all of the videos.
@@gaase.hengger i did it! now i want to replace hoses. they are dirty but dont know diameters. just dont forget to click like on my comment else i wont see ur reply
Ich wollte die Maschine schon wegwerfen… jetzt läuft sie wieder… unglaublich ❤😊
Great video thank you so much. It made the cleaning of my jura a lot easier. 🎉

hey, i see you mention grinding burr settings. i was wondering is it possible to reset its settings if initial state is lost?
@@artem1554 I am not sure about that. Not an expert
What is the brown thing that the two pipes are in at 13:06 called? Ive tried finding that part but I can’t find it anywhere?!

this part is something like a seger ring, it should block the axle and needs to be replaced
Bummer, can’t find the part separate to buy anywhere and they want to charge $400 just to replace it.
guys, i think i messed up grinder settings and now they are completely lost. it there any way how i can fix it back?
After how long of use is it cleaned? how many coffees?
This was the 1st cleaning of this coffee machine from new after about 3,000 coffees.
Do you think it's very dirty after all this time? The only thing that stops me from buying the Jura is the non-removable junit

Hola en el minuto 16, sacaste el componente q la mía tiene q bota agua, la tira como si le faltara una manguera
Looks like this brew unit is same in E8 (EB)
Why did you mark the gear and housing. I have never done that before.
this is needed when cleaning and replacing the grinder burrs
E8 is constructed differently
did you manage to find E8 EB model cleaning video ?
