great video. i remember watching 2021 haskins destroy osu, 2022 COJO and the don tearing apart osu's defense, rod moores game sealing interception, the low snap and milroes down, and of course the natty when the defense came together and the don came alive
Hard not to notice that the Georgia and TCU games weren't represented. 😉 Totally get what you were trying to do with this video, but you can't truly call it the "Harbaugh Era" without showing the hardships, losses, and extremely low times we experienced in those earlier years. Some of the great highlights you showed came during some very painful losses. To know what we went through and to see us emerge this year is what truly makes this championship run all the more special. Still, I can tell how hard you worked putting this reel together. Thank you for this one. Thank you to the greatest and most enjoyable Michigan team of all time. And thank you to Jimmy for everything you did for the University of Michigan.
What a roller coaster its been these last 10 years. So many great memories and historic games. Best commentary of the Harbaugh era was RG3's "There's an Orji in the endzone"
Ima Ohio State fan Jim was under valued & Michigan in my opinion there will never be another like him he did his thing I liked his play style aggressive & smart
This video is a must for those with no perspective of how bad it was before he came here. How a lot of the same people who wanted him canned 3-4 years ago were now hoping he'd get a lifetime contract. He built something special here and Sherrone Moore will continue that and already is! Moore beat OSU all by himself! Moore is one of the best recruiters Michigan has ever had! He hired Wink Martindale, who may end up being even better than Minter as the new DC and he's filling the staff with top flight assistants (pretty much all the offensive assistants stayed on) and bringing in an amazing recruiting class that Michigan doesn't have to pay $20 million for (*coughs-OSU*) to Steinbrenner a good team. He's also an excellent play caller and Michigan's tradition of excellence, restored and improved by Harbaugh, will continue under coach Moore! GO BLUE!!!
Harbaugh was a breath away from having 2 more wins against both MSU and OSU. We got screwed in 2016 with the spot b.s. and if Brandon Peters hadn't gotten hurt against Wisconsin the week before, we beat OSU easily as John Okorn had his only good game at Michigan and nearly beat them. The dropped punt in 2015 and the awful game in 2017 where the only team worse than state was us and we lost a lousy game because, again, Okorn. Peters finally got to play the next week against Rutgers and that was when we started rolling until he got hurt. Plus the 2021 game that we blew against state but that helped us regain our focus. I don't know if we beat OSU in 2021 if we hold on against MSU. Harbaugh's record could easily be about 96-17 instead of 89-24. The 2016 team was damn good as was 2018. Harbaugh's first 5 teams would've mopped the floor with the B1G in the 80s and 90s but not present day. So Harbaugh adapted and improved and started recruiting Dantonio style. Picking like-minded players who wanted to come here who had a chip on their shoulder because they weren't chosen by their first hope and turned them into a well-oiled machine that just won't the national title! God bless Jim Harbaugh and the 2023 Michigan Wolverines!
It’s crazy seeing all these great teams and still realizing that 2023 was easily the best. Corum and Edwards is easily the RB. JJ easily the best qb. Online second only to 2022. D line second only to the Ojabo and Hutch years. Will Johnson the best corner in 25 years. Loveland likely the highest drafted TE in Michigan history. I have a feeling the 20234 Natty team will forever be the best we’ve had. Also crazy how you can see Nico Collins potential. So many highlights
I used to root for the 49ers until they fired this man. Who’s got the last laugh now. Congrats Michigan, I’m not a fan of the Wolverines but I’m a Jim Harbaugh fan.
J.J. McCarthy was everything Shae Patterson was supposed to be. Wilton Speight reminded me of vintage Michigan quarterbacks like Elvis Grbac and John Navarre. Rocket arms but no mobility.
Idk why everyone was hating on harbaugh, It wasn’t his fault, he had Hokes team and then he took a while to rebuild it because he had to rebuild michigan. Obviously he wasnt going to win the natty his first year because michigan was trash then they got better, it’s rare to win a natty your first year. Harbaugh is a great coach
If they somehow kept durkin I truly believe Harbaugh would of won a ship sooner. The worst thing he did in his tenure was hire don brown and staying too loyal to him for to long. As soon as he left Michigan made three straight playoffs and won a ship lol.
