Hey, thanx for watching. Yes it's from cliq, and I believe it should clear just fine, but since I have no way to check this for you, I'd have to say to just try one and see what happens.
Recently bought an 98’ 328is and it’s steering is really stiff and really hard to turn left and right, i don’t know if it’s just fluid leak or if I should go ahead and replace steering pump
Hey bro I recently change my steering rack and is so stiff i buyed the car from a friend and he told me that he changed the steering pump a year ago and im not sure what cab it be. The stiffness is when i try to parking or no power
I could suspect 2 problems. 1st..proper bleeding of the rack, and second pump. If this car was used for drifting with a good angle kit, it would kill the pump sooner then typical. Also..that pump was probably a take off from another car, so perhaps it was on its way out anyway. Once you know your rack is good and bleeding was done right, try to remove the restrictor from one of the hoses (metal sitting inside the hose) and that could provide more flow to the rack.
hey how are ya, just watching your vid as I saw it the other day, and well, today I tryed to replace the PS pump, but, I have 2 questions/issues to ask, the first is... I got a PS pump from a friend, but it seems to have only 1 of the 2 bolts (19 and 22 MM bolts) and mine looks just like yours, and the other question is... my friend's PS pump doesn't move when I try to do it off the car, is that normal? as mine move just normally
If it doesn't move is seized, give it back to your friend. As far as bolts go, perhaps someone was there before you and replaced the pump, maybe broke some bolts and just used whatever they have. Hard to tell at this point, but if you can't move the pump, give it back, sounds seized.
Oh, man, those wheels can turn !!! how did you mod that, or is it stock, i don't think mine turns that much to those angles... edit: great video, you make it look real simple, thanks; i need to remove and clean mine, or replace it, the internal flow control valve is stuck, no P/S at idle, only with gas (2000+).
Thank you for the vid, it took me forever to find a PS pump for my E36 M3...finally got one. This was very helpful. Old one just locked up.
How much did u spend?
Thanks you very much friend 🎉🎉 this helps alot
Thanks so much man helping out a ton
No problem, im glad I was able to help,, thanks for watching, have a great one!
Is your front strut bar from Cliq Tuning? Will it work on cars that have the ASC traction control fitted?

Any idea where I can buy a power steering pump for a 1995 m3? Seems to be discontinued
Rockauto.com sir, they have them there, get ready to send back your core. Honestly I think they are the same as 325 models.

@@grvyrdgang5672 if you are sure that pump is doing its job, i would look into replacing your rack, perhaps that has seen a better day.
