Cut it about 3/4" longer then turn it inside out and sew a hem into the sleeves and bottom. Then it'll have a nice crisp finished edge.

I gotta disagree with cutting the hem that high up. When you reach up it'll show your IWB conceal holster. A couple inches below the belt line would be better for this reason.
