That ending God tier

At this point in the story is when I think it becomes possible to solve Beatos identity bc they're practically hitting you over the head with it
I solved it after ep 5 telling me to rewatch again and dlanor hinting on someone "dosguising as another person"

@@templariox32 You can. I did but it takes some extra work. Writing down a timeline as I read changed the whole game for me (no pun intended). I just wrote down each and every single date ever mentioned, even months and days. I only had one incident that was shown to be something that happened 6 years ago, and it is of course the white horse. From there, you can get everything one after another.
I read umineko 10 years ago but I still come back to this part specifically every now and then. Still gives me chills

Just reached this ending for the first time and it blew my mind. With just one Red Truth, so many pieces fit into place.
I love the parallel between that final Red and the Cheese Puzzle Maria tells earlier in Episode 6. The puzzle goes something like this: "If you have some cheese and a knife, one slice can cut the cheese into two parts. What's the minimum number of slices needed to cut the cheese into eight parts?"
Thinking of the cheese like a birthday cake, it's easy to find a solution with 4 cuts.
Then you think about the cheese in 3D and you realize you can do it in just 3 cuts.
Then you realize the cheese could be flexible and in a weird shape, and you realize you can do it in 1 cut. Piece Battler manages to figure this out, just like Meta-World Battler realized the truth at the end of Episode 5.
It's amazing how well this riddle parallels the reveals in Episode 4 and Episode 6.
EP6 is the best episode, two of my favorite songs, Born of new witch and Unsan no Kaori in this episode, also the greatest mystery of where is Kanon hide and who is Erika

This has to be the strongest episode for rewatching. Like, this is so fucking hype, and it is so fucking good when you already have the answers.
In my original read, 4 and 7 were my clear favorites but I'm not so sure anymore. This whole sequence, starting from the duel, I don't know how you can make a better storytelling. Fuck.
nah i honetly still think ep 7 had way better storytelling from the clair story to the tea party menawhile this is epic but it isn´t really as good as the ep 7 plot

Always a treat watching Erika, lost in the sauce, think she can somehow pull out a win after being given X. Solving the second locked room is just straight up impossible without understanding the solution to the first, it’s literally the same damn joke. Beatrice toying with her like a cat with a half dead bird.

I think this message is from Yasuda Sayo too Witch Beatrice in golden land. While Yasuda Sayo death drown under the sea, her soul split. Yasuda Sayo is death but witch Beatrice insinde her is still alive, hoping for Battler to realise. Hoping for battler to see her with love. Because no can can see they without love

Holy shit. Poor Battler’s only gonna get topped by all of his romantic interests
Even the most boorish person will have figured Beatrice identity with that last red truth.
I think there is a silly trick, maybe..., Kanon exchanged places with Batler, then Batler go for a beer then he exchanged places with Kanon yet again. Theoretically Batler was rescued by Beato's definition of been saved and the it was Batler the one who hid inside the room yet again making Kanon dissapear by "magic" and because Erika forgot about Battler he can be inside and outside the room at the same time because his position is not confirmed.

Even though Erika said she realised, she was still focusing in one thing. She only was focusing on h-- so she didn't see the rest.
