I came back to watch this after seeing the second container finished. (Shipping container house with built-in waterfall) Now I can't wait to see the third. These are VERY impressive!!!
I like the roof top deck. Simple, clean, uncluttered and is what it is. It does not have superfluous structures on the deck. I also like the patio with the shade. Inside: I like the simple layout. The bathroom is a good size. The bedroom height is a bit short, however at 5'9", it is ok. The loft is way too low for adults. I am sure the kids would enjoy the coziness.
Yes, could and would definitely love to stay here. Not quite at the stage where I could permanently live in such a small space though. My 6' 6'' hubby wouldn't be very happy either😬😒
Honestly within the last 5 years. But within the last 2 years its a booming industry and many independents wanting to do and come up with their own thing. Unlimited options if you can afford build and customize.

I sent this vid to my R.E. Agent. I luv the layout, just more allowance for taller people. The outdoor openness makes up for smaller spaced areas. This vid helped recenter me. I did one night in a container home in Waco, and I see similar challenges with this property. They are absolutely lovely, but there is NO indoor storage space. Fortunately, as I mentioned, I was only staying one night. But there was very little space to put any luggage.
Three things- one, that Article patio set up is awesome! Two- loving the shipping container home Air BnB outdoor space! Three- You and Savannah are about to be parents soon! I'm so excited for you two!🤰💙
Almost every container houses I see are build on a very large spacey lot/environment. I'd like to see ones which are on small lot, crowded housings, etc. i have seen some, and I know I haven't seen all, there must be some more too,.like that in youtube, but so far I found it as very rare.
Like the bathroom especially the wood feature on the wall behind the commode. The Tardis shower 🤓 would have been epic if they had used blue tile or the black parts of the enclosure had been tardis blue. A soaking tub would have been amazing and would have increased the romantic level. It would also appeal to smaller families with little children that need a bathtub to keep them clean. If they were to add an additional shipping container or two to create a second floor that could be a master suite with either French doors or sliding door opening onto the upper deck along with its own romantic bathroom and possibly a smaller extra bedroom with bunk beds. They could include some closet space or even a dresser for those who plan to stay more than a couple of days. The upper deck needs its own outdoor kitchen with a mini refrigerator, sink, and prep area and space to setup a buffet style section for when they entertain or just want to cook meals and eat outside on the deck. It would be an amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and breakfast before your children wake up or whoever is staying with you during your stay. I hope that they have included some kind a screening or netting to keep the bugs and insects and especially mosquitoes outside because here in NC they can be brutal just walking outside and would be miserable if they were to get inside to eat you up while you slept if you could sleep.
Not the most practical design for the long term living but for a rental airbnb property that's perfect. I would like for you to include the cost of construction when possible, as I'm hoping to build and become a host in the future so that kind of info would be useful. Thanks! Great vid!

I love the tiny home ideas totally but they make it so hard to get land to place your home. I'm in Georgia and it's super hard and I have a few friends in Texas that's having issues for getting land approved to place it was well. I love this home though!
Like it SC ca island house cool Cherokee or Seminole way 18 century living make sure it goes green solar panels and wind power and a generator and the Big House pond

Most of this is one commercial after another ! It's good use of the space they had. I definitely would have made the bedroom more than 5 ft 10 ! The loft should just be a floor to a second story half container bedroom with its own master bath. Over all nice place for 2 people or a couple with a kid

Firepit area and a hot tub, nothing better than this!😁 The inside looks great aswell, I really like the kitchen design and the bathroom. My 6'6" ex-husband would have loved it. The ceilings are just as high as any house.
They should put a fountain and some lillies in that pond to make it look less swampy.

Levi I used Odies wood finish with one of their added pigments to my table to make a similar color, works wonders and is even food safe!
