If your exterior wood is the same as your interior wood, and then how will it survive the elements on the outside without shrinking, while still not being treated wood on the inside which would release chemicals in the heat?
False…. It’s been there for nearly a year without any issue. Meanwhile it’s actually not that heavy, not much different than two or three average Americans standing together in one spot.

no insulation or ventilation !?
No insulation needed, and there are vents on both the front and back face of the sauna. It’s an electric heating unit so no smoke stack either.
