@Stoney Lonsome wow man I really appreciate that. I’ll definitely take what u said to heart and see what I can do with it. Thanks for your help and hope the fish stay bitin for ya🎣👍🏻
Thanks for posting a lot of informative videos. Would love to see where you throw lures more. Especially near shallow cover and banks. Seeing where you throw is extremely helpful.
Great Vid, Gene! I've been using these baits almost exclusively since our first sub-50 degree air temp night here and I've been obliterating them. I upped my Chain Pickerel PB to 4 lbs, and the bass can't stop smashing the chatter in my home lake. It's always great when you head home from a day walking the bank and your arms are tired. Fall is when that happens the most for me, for sure!
Love your videos have learned soooo much from you bass fished allot as a teenager recently got back into it heavy and things have changed so much want to say thank you for all the hard work
My last crankbait fish was on the 1.5 in that color but my arsenal for this time frame is a spinnerbait and a shaky head with a yum dinger its actually the fish finder. I know you would just have to understand the body of water I fish, I think this year they are listening to the governor and sheltering in place.
I recently moved to GA. And started bass fishing (never fished anything before). Maybe this is the wrong time of year to start fishing for the first time but I haven't been very successful. I have watch countless videos from you and love em. Keep up the great work. I look forward to working my way through your other videos!
Fall transition can be as tough as it gets in bass fishing for a few weeks. The weather can dictate how quickly that changes. At some point it will turn around. Once it does it can be really good. Keep casting and you’ll get there.
Great video, love the excitement for fall fishing, its my favorite time of year!!! Love the cool atmosphere and colors. They can be found in the bends of creeks lined with hydrilla and you can just sit on them for up to 26-30 fish! Just leave them alone for couple days and they will come right back or just move a little farther back in the creek, of course you have to not keep any!! A long Model A Bomber works great!! Toledo Bend Res.
Caught my personal best by pretty much double today with a white willow blade spinnerbait. Fishing a muddy large creek for 10 lb largemouths here in NC.
I'm a brand new fisherman. Took me 37 years to get into it and I love it. I love in northern utah where bass fishing is extremely difficult. Are there any tips you can give me to get those bass?
try different spots i always look for places most people wouldnt think to fish like for example going to an access site along a body of water rather than at a place like a public park or maybe find some ponds if its a day your just tryna go out and crush em
I’m only 12 and i’ve never caught a bass besides rock bass and I would say just experiment with different lures at different times of day and different spots. Hope that helps!
Ask around. Go into sportsman’s or cabela’s for something and ask the guys in the fishing department. You’d be surprised how much you can learn by asking the guys in there
Once again...Great video....I really appreciate all the info, tips, links.....and please keep mentioning the guys fishing from the bank.....thanks again and good luck in the tournaments!!!!
Fall is so frustrating. So much pressure right now in the creeks in the highland reservoir I fish right now. 5 boats have been in every cut by 8 am. I've got the main lake to myself and there are still fish there but they are suspended and extremely difficult to catch.
i fish where theres no grass but lots of structure so i don't throw treble hook baits top water and texas rig and a chatterbait this fall has produced some fish i've never caught a fish on a fluke but use them for a trailer N.C.
great video I learned so much from all your videos. Lots of information. thank you so much for all you do. Good luck on your tournament I know you will do great. Can't wait to see the video.
Great tips brother. I just PCSd from Ft Wainwright, Alaska to Fort Knox, Kentucky and trying to get my groove back. First time Bass fishing in 3 years, I feel like such a Newbie 🤣🤣🤣
Another great video bud. It's fall here now in East TN, so this will help me alot on the TVA lakes I fish in TN. Also gotta ask ya, when you catch fish, what is that little noise u do? It cracks me up
If you were on Guntersville this weekend and there been super pressure in and around where your stuck fishing, small boat with limited fuel, where would you concentrate your effort. Goose pond is where ill have to stay.
That dual pitch has become my favorite walking bait..and im going to have to try the jerk as a trailer i was having a tough time with it because it doesnt quite fish like a fluke
Hey Fluke, or anyone else, what are the water temps for the fall transition? The waters here in northern Virginia are in the 60’s and fishing has been a little tough. Possibly due to the very stained waters though...
I never understood how to know where to go on a pond in a boat, like theirs so much water. In the beginning it like like he drove bye lot of Lilly Ps. Can someone explain
I’ve been watching you’re videos scene October. I’ve been trying to learn so I can teach me three boys. I will be in Georgia around January. How much would Cost for you to take me out to teach me fish.
Great content!! Can you suggest me a couple of lures for my small lake. The deepest part is about 9 foot but the lake is very infested with grass, Lilly’s, and plenty of hydrilla. So it makes it extremely had to fish any thing that isn’t weedless. So this makes it extremely tuff. Thanks in advance for any feedback
Great video Gene. But do you salty flukes work. I live in South Central Illinois and in this small town I couldn’t find regular ones I’ll have to order them
The ones with a higher salt content are more dense so you don’t have to use a weight or can use less weight to make it sink, unless your literally wanting the fluke to be top water like floating on top then a salty plastic bait is the way to go!!!
I knew someone would get a kick out of it but it was me making noises with my lips again. Not the intro I wanted used but my editor got a kick out of as well.
I've seen a few videos from a few different people with whatever you have on your hat. I'm sure this has been answered before, but what exactly is that???
It's called the Anglr Bullseye. It helps me keep track of the details of each catch. There is a link in the description of this video that explains it in detail.
@@Flukemaster Thanks!! Sorry I totally missed that link and you had to take time to answer something you have probably answered a hundred times. I love your videos btw!!
I needed this video badly! This summer to fall transition has been brutal for me.
@Stoney Lonsome my place in Alabama
@Stoney Lonsome wow man I really appreciate that. I’ll definitely take what u said to heart and see what I can do with it. Thanks for your help and hope the fish stay bitin for ya🎣👍🏻

Fall transition is such a tough time. So many baitfish in the local lake i fish a lot. Covering a lot of water is key!
RhinoJoe Outdoors with what lures?
@@airadaimagery692 usually a squarebill, wakebait, spinnerbait, and chatterbait
Spinner baits cover lots of water! Love them in the fall with clouds and a little wind

Could you throw the chatter bait, spinner bait, and swim jig on a 6’10 medium fast action rod. By the way thanks for the tips.
Yes you can
My brother frog fish with a $20 medium with 20 lb kastking braid from Walmart an catch them!!

may I ask why you throw a buzzbait on fluro? I was just wondering what the advantages are?

Good info Gene. Which Plano box is that? Thanks for the video
Thanks Bob. There's a link to it down in the description of this video.
@@Flukemaster thanks Gene. I have seen Flambeau with the rust resistant boxes. Didnt realize Plano was doing it too. Have to get me some.
Tackle warehouse is saying those pathfinders loose the magnet after a few bass ruining the action of the bait . Can u speak to this ?
I haven’t had that issue
