Ah, it's one of those oddball Canadian spec 93 S4s. Looks more like the 92 spec we got in the USA. Interesting that he made no mention of the fact the car is running on the 15" Speedline all-season wheel and tire package rather than the 16" Fuchs forged alloys with Z rated tires. That definitely changes the feel of these cars too. "Graeme had some electrical issues with the 1993 Audi S4. Audi just wasn't what it is now." Never heard of any UrS4 having that issue ever... let alone four times. Audi wasn't what it is now? I agree. The 93 S4 in most cases was an extremely reliable and nearly bulletproof car. You can't get that anymore. ;-)
@@chiil034 This did come to mind but having experienced several ignition switch failures in cars of my own over the years that issue seemed to result in the switch sticking on and keeping the starter engaged. The car would still start and run, but the climate control and radio were disabled when it would stick in the ignition position. Also great for burning out your starter if you drive it that way. ;-)
VIZIN motorweek tested it and got 6.3 this guy is a moron and clearly doesn’t know how to beat on a turbo car. Plus I think the stop watch and staring at the gauge isn’t considered the most accurate way of testing
Even with automatic gearbox version in my UrS6, I can manage to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in around 7.8 seconds. 8.1 seconds is the manufacture specification for UrS4 and UrS6 with 4 speeds automatic gearbox for 2.2 AAN 5-cylinder turbo engine.
They totally shit on this car in the review unnecessarily, so it doesn't surprise me. Anyone who has owned BMW, Audi and Mercedes cars knows the score and doesn't need a bent review to tell them which they prefer.

I wonder if the ignition switch was starting to fail on this vehicle. :) I think there was an Audi recall on ignition switches back in the 1990s.

Factory times claim 6.8 seconds to 100 km/h and this guy does it in 8.1. Why in the world would he not rev it and get off the line quicker?

The only thing I heard was that everything that was mechanical worked flawlessly and fine tuned for the 'Driver'.
He did not even rev it all the way lol. My stock avant 5cyl does 7sec 0-100km/t with 232.000km. o.O
