I had a 1993 KDX250 when I was a kid and it was just amazing. It had blue usd forks from factory.

First ride out on my 220, fun bike but I did discover the shock needs a rebuild. I'm looking at a frame with upside down forks on it and I may pick it up but I'll have to figure out what they're off of. Maybe the seal has a part # on it?

Post some good photos of the clickers, both top and bottom, someone might recognize it. Also any markings casting numbers on the bottom of the fork too.

looks like kyb open chamber forks that came on the 2004 yz 250. they also ran them on the WR and YZF bikes but unsure of exact year.

Been waiting for another one of your videos! I have a 94 with the stock blue USD forks and they rock. The ones I have now are way better than the 92 I used to own although they need to be rebuilt.
A pretty popular conversion is KLX, YZ, and KX250 forks. Seen a few people doing this on the KDX groups. Yours look kind of like newer KX250 forks but it’s hard to tell.
    Looking forward to more updates!

Can you post a link to the kit?

There is no kit, you have to piece it together yourself.
