Oscar - you are part of the hope for a healthy future! Thank you, education is always the way. As we can't always control corruption and greed, we the people can influence, and educate others to take care of our beautiful area. 👍👍👍

Oscar can you please look into this article from Vallarta Daily News on May 15, 2024. Very disturbing 😱
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - After enduring over five days of persistent reports to local authorities, the issue of sewage discharge from drain pipes and waste disposal by hotels and businesses continues unabated, posing a significant health hazard to the Pitillal River and the beaches of Puerto Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta has grown in population the last 5 years. Have increased by 40,000 more people becoming permanent residencies. Water is going to be the main issue in the future. Experts are predicting Mexico City is going to have major shortage of water this summer. Poor maintenance of the existing water supply network has a loss of about 40% to leakage from broken underground pipes.

I also found that Amapas st was very polluted with garbage...more than usual. Not sure why but its very disheartening. Even when the garbage bags are picked up, the smell is stronger compared to the other times we've been down.

Thank you for the video. In December we are going to stay at the Villa del Palmar. I see that it is close to the Rio Pitillal.

I contacted 7 different realtors in an effort to move there...They all were very arrogant and condescending, unhelpful - just unbelievable. Thankful for your video. I have decided against the area.

In what way? Did the realtors deny any water problem?

@PS-ze1hg I located rental properties that interested me, but they didn't show up for viewings; they kept trying to get me to take something more expensive- out of the area I had specified, or they refused to show properties if they weren't directly in PV. They also lied about talking to owners/landlords on my behalf...jacking up the rent above list prices. No thank you. One guy insisted that I pay him one month's rent as his provision even when the owner hired him. Just all seemed like a big scam

Hola! Why do you think the river is drying? Could it be because of all the trees that have been cut down to build? In India, there was a campaign led by Sadhguru called Raley for Rivers, where he motivated hundreds of people to plant trees. He saved multiple Indian rivers that were almost dying by planting thousands of trees. Maybe that's what PV needs to bring back more trees?
