Thank you for a great eye opening tour of authentic local life. Aside from all the other cliche tourist videos that everyone repeatedly make, this special video makes the hope for me to live in PV very realistic! The neighborhood oozes with authenticity. Looking forward to leaving the US one day and coming down to PV. Love to see more of those for us who want to live in PV but can’t afford Centro or RZ. Thank you again !

I went to Molcajete’s once after moving here. Ordered a molcajete. They said they couldn’t make molcajete because they were too busy. Wound up with really bad tacos. Never going back. It’s literally called Molcajete and they wouldn’t make me one 🙄

New subscriber here. Oscar my wife and I just stayed in Santa Maria Cuba back in early October. Holy beeping beep was it hot and humid hombre. I thought my brain was going to melt. lol. Cuba is a beautiful country, but the food in the hotels and the service? ehhhhhhhh. Looking forward to coming to PV next month for a few days before the cold of winter arrives in Canada

Spot on, I found the same for prices on the malecon vs off the malecon. Food is pretty good everywhere in PV😊.

I'm a cyclist. I go down to PV to ride in the warm weather. I ride out far in the country by myself and never had a problem.

In 2017 I looked at a fixer upper in that neighborhood for under 15k usd and decided against it. Saw too many mosquitos among other things. Probably could have made alot on it now though
