I have been in education for 30 years, taught on 3 continents I am so grieved by what i see every day.. you are correct, the family is the the micro health of society. Our society/ government is sick and the healing of the family is so important!!
I am now 52 and I am homeschooling my youngest daughter. I have 4 kids, two the are grown and one of them about to leave home. And I know back in the early 2000’s I knew I needed to homeschool because of the direction things were going. God spoke to me even as a teenager I would be a teacher. I did not how that was going to look, I just knew I would not be teaching in a physical public school. Well, this is what God meant, more teaching homeschool to my kids. Praise Jesus!
Felt the call to homeschool when my oldest was just a baby. Had no idea how it was going to work out since we both needed to work. My little guy ended up going to daycare until he was 4. Then God made a way! When my second was born I quit my job to stay home since daycare costs would eat up most of my pay check. Started kindergarten with him the next year. We just started our 4th year homeschooling and my middle just started kindergarten this year as well. There are a few good Christian schools locally which could be a good option if things change but I am addicted to the freedom we have with homeschooling.
I’m a public school teacher and feel called to bring the light to dark places but it is so challenging and becoming more difficult. Please keep teachers in your prayers.
I work in a public school, 16 years. I have never been so embarrassed, as I am lately. The way they are changing the social studies standards, and critical race theory. I can't help teach some of the things they are teachings our elementary students. Now the district wants vax cards, or weekly tests for unvaxed. I grew up in Christian and home schools. K-5 through 12th. Some were good. Some were terrible and dark places of abuse and bullying. But beyond that, putting kids in Christian bubbles does not guarantee they will walk with the lord. Of the 97 kids I graduated with, I can confidently say only 12 or so still identify as Christians. The more sheltered the kid, the more off the rails they went after high school. Yep, even that kid of a prominent seminary professor... All those environments ever did for my classmates and I was make ‘the world’ a more mysterious, taboo, and ultimately more attractive place. I was blessed. The first week in college I met some guys that were the strongest Christians I had ever met. They WANTED to be Christians. They didn’t have to because their school or parents expected them to be. Great point! Most churches don’t encourage this and majority of the families do not practice it. The enemy is roaring to prevent this. Every home must have family altars ( if possible every morning) but definitely every evening where everyone worships together and the word is read and openly discussed. Where prayer requests and praise happens and every member prays! Research has proven that children who take part in any family activity together everyday, fare much better at school. Why not make it the family altar!?🔥🔥❤️ Change starts at the family altar. The least we can do that will impact the world and the next generation, if Jesus tarries!
Atheists don't send their children to an evangelical Christian Sunday School one hour per week, but Christians send their children to the atheist public schools 30 hours per week. I am a retired teacher and unequivocally proclaim that there is no hope for America as long as Christians and conservatives allow their children to be indoctrinated in the public schools. We must rescue our children!
You mentioned that teacher, who should be fired for not sticking to the curriculum & for unauthorized activism. I instantly heard, "for we fight not against flesh but principalities." Knew I'm suppose to share. God Bless you both. The Whole Armor of God Ephesians 6 10-12 10. A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
@A Z while we were being too trusting they infiltrated everything. We should have woke up when they removed "The Pledge of Alliance" was looking into hate speech. The American Bar Association defines hate speech as "speech that offends, threatens, or insults groups, based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other traits."
Love what you said about getting your kids in the proximity of worship-so vital that they be brought into the presence of God. Unfortunately lots of churches only entertain youth, they don’t think they can experience the presence of God
It is not biblical to dump your children at the nursery while you worship at church on Sundays! Our kids must be in the atmosphere where the Holyspirit operates!! Bible has promised that our sons and our daughters shall prophesy! Every family must have that experience together and the youth/ children must have a separate time of Sunday school or youth services...I grew up never having this luxury and now my kids have learnt to sit through the three hours of our Sunday service!!😊🙌🏽 That’s after an hour of their Sunday school that happens before Sunday service! That’s the right way. God is able to help us through it all and keep our babies at peace while we worship.. It’s a sacrifice from the part of the mother( and father) to do what’s necessary to help her children as they worship together as a family.. It pays off in the later years..
Wow watching from Sydney Australia thank you guys so much this was confirmation and so powerful truly a blessing may our heavenly father continue to bless your ministry and family in Jesus name amen 🔥❤✝️
I loved hearing this. You have hit on so many great points. Children are really the ones who are suffering the most from all of this. And I agree, I have felt the same conviction about the time being short and teaching our kids about Christ. Love the ideas. Really appreciate you both♥️
I am grateful you are addressing this subject!! You can be more effective in this kind of format if you will address just a few things. The first is...become aware of how many times you say "you know" . Also the word 'but' cancels what is in front of it in the sentence. The use of 'and' is often what is what you were saying. God bless you and your family.
I have homeschooled all 10 of my children. I have been homeschooling for 25+ years. I'm still homeschooling my 4 youngest. I call it familyschooling. We live life together. We pray together, talk about Jesus together, watch ministers together, and learn how to build strong relationships. When you feel the call to homeschool, nothing will tempt you to send them away to someone else to raise and train. You should not follow the same methods that classroom teachers have to follow because of class size. You should individualize and tailor the instruction of your children to what they are interested in, what they love, and what will equip them for their future. It is not difficult when education is your lifestyle. Kids learn so much from real life. Everything is educational. And you really can't stop kids from learning because they are so curious. Encourage and work with their curiosity. Don't kill it with drill and dry, boring textbooks. Homeschooling is the best decision I ever made for my children and for our family.
My husband and sister who lives with us and I have raised five of our grandkids and now we are upon our sixties . I feel we are letting them down because we are not able to go to school all the time. Now the youngest is eleven (twins) and we are just having a horrible time dealing with all this crazy stuff can you do something about this cause we can not move. Let me also say these kids have been really traumatized bad and a lot of grandparents are raising their grandkids. Thanks for what you are doing.
God bless you and your family. God bless the world and protect the innocent people from suffering and evil. Light destroys the darkness. We are all parts of the miracle. Truth will win.🌼🌺🌸
Yes it is so important to get your kids in a community of other kids other teens who live Jesus. So important to get kids in a loving youth group. There is our strength we can’t walk this road alone. 🙏🙏❤️
Thanks for a critically important discussion for concerned parents and grandparents. We homeschooled our kids up to college. Don't be afraid of "socialization" comments. Yes, they need it but the family can provide it and what they might get outside the family can be very contrary to your beliefs and values. Never assume the school or even your church (sad to say) is doing it right. It's the parents' duty. Look into Home School Legal Defense Association for legal insights and protection. In California also visit Family Protection Ministries to see what legislation is being pushed that might challenge homeschooler's rights. Above all, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
I saw that video and I think it can be common but I hope it’s not. We as Christians have to speak out! We have taken the back seat to long we need to be involved!
I never even heard the word "mandate" until 2020.. about the shots. How the governors mandated these things. Then I read "mandate" is not law. Anything against the Constitution is Not law. Praise God because He is my Ruler, my King, my Father, my Savior, my God. ❤ Oh and I'm in my 60's...

CRT is not being taught in schools, it is a college level theory that is taught at a masters level. You are fear mongering with the idea of learning aztec chants (history has to teach multiple religions that are within the world cause they are supposed to learn about the cultures of society.) If you want prayer in school which prayer do we stop at... pagan, Islamic, Hindu, mormon... do we rotate through all the religions of the world because there many in the world and a government founded system can not legally show a bias of religion because our founding fathers wisely created a seperation of church and state.
Untrue about constitution it states nowhere about separation of church and state. Completely the opposite. Every time you leave God out of it..it will fail!
@@gerrybaker7901 The constitution actually makes no reference to God. It was very controversial at the time. Many prominent pastors were quite outspoken and heated about it. Timothy Dwight (Pres of Yale at the time) said: “The Nation has offended Providence. We formed our Constitution without any acknowledgment of God: without any recognition of His mercies to us as a people, of His government, or even of His existence. The Convention, by which it was formed, never asked, even once, His direction, or His blessings, upon their labors. Thus we commenced our national existence under the present system, without God.” One of the most telling (because of its plain language) official statements of America’s relationship with religion is Article 11 in the Treaty of Tripoli of 1796. You can google it and read it’s original text.
tbe0116 I see you read things in google that teaches you about church and state according to your belief system! Their is much info in our books of History that teach the opposite of what you just said and the separation of church and state was never meant for the church to stay out of Government it is the other way. Government cannot rule what the churches do. Many Religions are in this country and if public schools have a quiet time of prayer what is that going to hurt! Freedom to pray is essential for freedom!

Wow! Chanting to Aztec gods? That is wrong in so many ways! God bless you and your homeschool. It is work, but so worth it.
So good! I love these podcasts/videos and it's so great to see and hear from Kate!💕
So good, keep this up! Having four kids as well (growing up in Germany and in Australia) I can say yes and amen to everything you've said!
Read the bible regularly as a family.
Build His Altar in our home. That is our strength👍
Why not make it the family altar!?🔥🔥❤️
Change starts at the family altar. The least we can do that will impact the world and the next generation, if Jesus tarries!
Amen!
The Whole Armor of God
Ephesians 6 10-12
So wonderful that you speak with such courage God Bless you come to Plainfield I’ll for a concert
Love it! Thank you for sharing. I will be sharing this with my homeschooling group. Loved the encouragement ❤️
Awesome episode filled with Godly practical advice. Thank you!!
Thank you for shining the light, we must save this next generation!!!!
Light destroys the
darkness. We are all parts of the miracle. Truth will win.🌼🌺🌸
What is the name of the book, shown on the video
I thought I heard her say The Ology
Yes it is so important to get your kids in a community of other kids other teens who live Jesus. So important to get kids in a loving youth group. There is our strength we can’t walk this road alone. 🙏🙏❤️
What is the name of the book with questions you mentioned reading to your children
Thank you.
A man after God’s own heart . . . ….
Magnifique couple en christ 💗🔥💗
👍👍 AMEN AMEN ❤
It was great!!! Thank you cuties!!!!
AMEN.
Please put the book in the notes - Beology?
Amen
I saw that video and I think it can be common but I hope it’s not. We as Christians have to speak out! We have taken the back seat to long we need to be involved!
I never even heard the word "mandate" until 2020.. about the shots. How the governors mandated these things. Then I read "mandate" is not law. Anything against the Constitution is Not law. Praise God because He is my Ruler, my King, my Father, my Savior, my God. ❤ Oh and I'm in my 60's...
Love you guys - good word...
Amen🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖
Modesty?
Tight leather shirt with cleavage is not modest and is not what we need in the Christian Church in our Cuomo generation. Come on Church. Someone tell them. Peace
What would you do if they won't let you go in to the school or class room (her) my Grandaughter's mom and they still have to ware mask!!!
no to discrimination / no to racism
Reading the Bible to kids is laying the foundation for their life.
Praying for Christians to join the child care agencies and get involved in the policies that the government issues to protect the child in America. in Jesus Name

Grit is good!
We will not be shaken 🙏😊
Parents must shut these unions , they are a curse on our schools

As a sister in Christ, I need to say that Kate's outfit is really hard for me. As someone who is coming into a relationship with Christ, this is a really big issue. I mean no disrespect!
Agreed. See my comment. This makes me question the spirit they are following.
I agree! The Choice of the outfit, is so VERY distracting! It takes me to the world's Choice and not honoring Christ! We Believers Know THE Bible Tells Us, your apparel's Choice adds to your Ministry OR SUBTRACTS . We Choose Our Priorities!! PSALM 43 3!
@@marylewis6289 Not easy to be a leader and we must be humble and always looking at our motives and how Satan will deceive us hence the importance of a good Biblical Fellowship. I hope they examine and repent and turn before it leads more down this carnal path to hell. Peace and God Bless you ladies. Come Lord Jesus 🙏
@@lisaberchtold2248 I understand! I focus on their Success Stories!! Awesome!! Therefore, we Know , the Oppressor, is gonna do whatever he can! I also keep Jeremiah 33 3, front And center!! For me and Them!! SHALOM
@@marylewis6289 I hope you know I in no way was coming against you. I believe we are on the same page Sister Mary. I really like Sean but have seen some things that make me uncomfortable 😕 but I know Jesus is proclaimed and in this I rejoice. Maranatha! Peace
Our children are not being taught anything they need for life !
I love your ministry. I just need to say, your wife is very pretty, but couldn't she wear a more proper top for this? I am not trying to be ugly, but her top is alittle low cut. God bless your reaching out to the list and fighting this cause of our Nation. Thank you.❤🙌🙌
Sean, I truly love you, your family & ministry...BUT Kate needs to cover it up.
A poor choice in a shirt, showing too much skin & cleavage. Not acceptable & pleasing to Jesus, especially in a video.
As a result, I'm not able to share this video w/ anyone...especially my husband & 19 yr old son. The eye gate matters in the spirit realm & Katie's shirt is an open gate to men falling into lust.
Represent Jesus well & what we wear should glorify Him... not cleavage.
Deep down, people like this want a theocracy. They don’t really want a free democracy.
Untrue about constitution it states nowhere about separation of church and state. Completely the opposite. Every time you leave God out of it..it will fail!
To Nick Osborne
@@gerrybaker7901 The constitution actually makes no reference to God. It was very controversial at the time. Many prominent pastors were quite outspoken and heated about it. Timothy Dwight (Pres of Yale at the time) said:
“The Nation has offended Providence. We formed our Constitution without any acknowledgment of God: without any recognition of His mercies to us as a people, of His government, or even of His existence. The Convention, by which it was formed, never asked, even once, His direction, or His blessings, upon their labors. Thus we commenced our national existence under the present system, without God.”
One of the most telling (because of its plain language) official statements of America’s relationship with religion is Article 11 in the Treaty of Tripoli of 1796.
