American government lawyers are fighting to keep "law enforcement" documents related to the Duke of Sussex's visa application secret, claiming there would be "stigma attached" if they were published.

Harry is not going to be deported from the United States so just get that through your thick heads. These kinds of forms and issues are left to the discretion of the state officer who is accepting them and there must be much more information that they learned that helps them to make the decision on whether someone can stay in the country or not. Nobody I know who is kept up with Harry’s life thinks he would lie on something or about something. Everybody knows he does. I’m pretty sure that’s why he put it in the book because it’s public information for 85% of us. I also suspect that the , lawyers, for the publication would have gone through his book with a fine tooth comb to find out if there is anything in it that could cause a problem and I would assume that questions about his drug taking would have been a warning that you know, this is a problem for you if you have not been upfront with the government. but I have a more confidence in Harry’s own confidence about telling the truth. he has been caught so many times in his youth doing things that he was ashamed of, I just think that he would not want to put himself in that position again. Also, he had so many things that worked for him. I mean, he does know the former president of the United States, the current President of the United States and both first ladies with their involvement with Invictus. He either lied about his drug use, and possibly, we learn, about legal charges, or he is on a diplomatic visa in which case he should be living in D.C. and can not earn money here in the states. And either way, he should not be involved with our politics or our military and yet he is. Now can we discuss taxes? It is not for the court to make decisions based on whether or not he has children. Except if Archie was born in the UK, does he have dual citizenship? That needs looking into also.
Being born in the UK does not automatically mean that the child gets citizenship, but of course, as his father is English, that would count. I wonder if they applied for US citizenship for Archie due to his mother’s nationality…

Weird fact. My family was made up of a Scottish mother and American father (now both deceased.) We had two daughters and two sons in the family. When we decided to relocate to the USA, the male children were automatically granted citizenship, while the females had to apply. Citizenship was of course granted after applying via the correct procedures, but that’s a very old-fashioned way of dealing with that issue.
The males would be eligible for the draft.

This should be taken seriously for the main fact that there's a possibility he either didn't actually apply for a visa in 2020 or because he's here on some diplomatic visa, which is a blatant misuse. Additionally he's meddling in our freedom of speech and attempting to limit information. If it comes out we have someone in the US on a diplomatic courtesy who is then meddling with the 1A, I'd say that's a pretty big scandal. There's a lot more going on here besides just somebody lying about drug use.

John Lennon admitted taking drugs, he was not accepted for citizenship as I recall, but was not deported because his son was Americanborn, and John was a resident (a very, very famous one).

Archie was born in the UK. There is no record of a Lilibeth born in Santa Barbara County, and birth records are public in CA. I don't believe they have an American born Lilibeth.

The question on the visa application is there for a reason. He wanted to be known and called Just Harry, and should be treated as such.

Why dont they go to her native homeland. Just think of the netflix stories thatd come out of Africa, watching their journey to living where her roots are. Digging their own well. Harry learning how to thatch a roof. The kids learning how to trap and kill a lion, living without electricty on the outskirts of the jungle. Learning to fight with spears and shields. I reckon Id watch those films.
