Hey Alexis, I’ve been watching your channel now for the past month. Just wanted to thank you so much for all your help. I had my F2F today and I got my CJO!! thanks a million! I really appreciate you and the valuable info you pass along. Cheers!
I’ve applied for this company since 2011. I’ve had about 14 F2F with them. I’m going for my 15th F2F with them and it’s my third one this year. And THIS video has given me so much insight that I hadn’t considered. I typically ACE interviews and simply couldn’t figure out where I wasn’t matching up. This video has helped me to prepare a much better package to bring to my F2F next week. I’m excited to utilize this information!!!
This video kind of brought me to tears. I went to a F2F with Delta last year, and I got sent home with no CJO. I wasn’t ready that day, and I was too scared to try again. I applied again earlier this year but I had just had my son, and it wasn’t the right time for me either. When you said being at the F2F meant I had something they were looking for, I really felt that. I do think I have something they’re looking for, but I just didn’t see it that day. I just really didn’t. Things didn’t work out earlier for me, but if they open up the application again, I think I will go for it.
This might be the single most valuable piece of knowledge I’ve been able to find on TH-cam pertaining to the F2F interview. Thank you soooooo much for this!
A lot of people get dismissed simply for appearance you don't have to go dressed exactly like what their fas wear, but you wanna look very professional like you're ready to start the job then and there. Look at what their flight attendants wear so you fit their standard. Girls do not wear something too short or too low-cut. A blazer is always a nice touch Wear stockings. A neutral suit for the guys is perfect. Make sure your shoes are in good shape and hair/make up is professional, but not to glam. You wanna stand out but not too much they're looking for team players not bossy types who are attention seekers. They almost always ask you if you're willing to relocate and your answer should always be yes that you're excited about the opportunity to visit new places and gain new experiences. If you say anything other than that, you will not get the job. In group activities participate, but don't try to take control of the group. Be yourself and smile, it ok to be nervous but you don't wanna come off as timid or introverted. If they ask you questions about your past job experience, definitely reference any previous customer service experience that you have. They would rather hire somebody with excellent customer experience than somebody that has several degrees and none.
My daughter in law just completed her flight attendant training for Delta, and will be flying out of Minneapolis/St. Paul. She is so excited to begin her adventure with Delta. [She, my son, and my two grandchildren have chosen a home in Minnetonka, and they are very happy.]

@@flywithalexis Thank you, I have learned so much from all your videos and I’m very confident in myself that I can get a CJO. I’m 43 years old with 8 years of military experience and I’ve spent the last 16 years in customer service so if feel I have a lot to offer Delta and I have always interviewed very well so I’m just getting all my ducks in a row by watching all your videos again for the 100th time so I can seize this amazing opportunity.
From my experience with my F2F I do not think Delta is going to base their decision on how youre dressed as long as its clean, neat and business casual. Someone in my group wore stiletto platform heels, tight dress pants and a button up top. Another wore a light blue 2 piece mini skirt suit. Both received a CJO.
They don’t! It’s based on your personal connection with the interviewer. There’s people who do the complete opposite of what’s instructed in these videos, and they receive a CJO. These people think it’s their personality; the way they dress, etc., that helped them get the CJO. No! They got lucky and paired with the right interviewer.
I got my CJO and I start training soon. If this helps, BE YOURSELF! Every moment and every person you meet is apart of the interview process. It can be a long day so pace your excitement and talk to EVERYONE! Even if it’s a simple smile and a “how long have you been with delta? “ but the most important advice I can give is before you get there take a moment, close your eyes, and visualize you getting a “congratulations” then trust that you’ll get it. Ok. Sorry to talk too much! Good luck 💜

can anyone say when we do the drug test and if it’s at the f2f? genuinely curious i’ve never taken one before, i don’t do drugs i just genuinely am curious as to the process ! :)
What’s meant for YOU will not pass you by. I applied to DL and AA the same day but made it through the DL process two months earlier. I did not get the CJO but there’s nothing I would have done differently. DL was not a good fit for me. I was disappointed and almost didn’t follow through with AA’s process. I figured I had to see it through and am so happy I did. Almost exactly two months later I got my CJO with AA and have been based at ORD. Even if I hadn’t gotten the job at AA the interview process was the most fun I had. DL felt depleting. Lots of airlines are hiring. AA is hiring 3000 flight attendants in 2024. There are many options if you want to fly. ✈️✈️✈️
This video is extremely helpful! Thank you so much for all your time and effort you have put into this video to help all of us! I have applied (3) times already. The (1st) time I did not make it past the “Application submission”. The (2nd) time I made it to the “Virtual Job Tryout Assessment” but withdrew. The (3rd) time I made it to the “Video Interview” but got the dreaded TBNT email. I am going to keep trying! I will persevere! I have almost (20) years of customer service experience. I know I have what it takes and I know I have what they’re looking for. I believe I just have to show more “Confidence” in myself when doing the “Video interview” next time. Thanks again for all the tips🙂

Wow I have mine on May 2nd I'm nervous but exited, what airline are you applying to?
I got sent out in group two and was told to look out for an email I’m assuming it will be a Tbnt (thanks but no thanks) since I wasn’t offered the job on the spot.
@@veronicaadams9670 yes, unfortunately they only offer CJOs on the spot, if u got sent home I didn’t get but can try again in 6 months if the position is still open
Hey there!, Can I ask you a question, im really worried about the jumpseat test, is it really that small? Im a little big and im afraid to fail the test . Thank you
Excellent videos with nuts and bolts type of information. This was very helpful and made me feel confident and comfortable.
Thank you so much for your genuine help and amazing personality . I went to download the PDF but it doesn't work anymore, I keep getting this message "Account is cancelled and can not accept new subscribers."
can anyone say when we do the drug test and if it’s at the f2f? genuinely curious i’ve never taken one before, i don’t do drugs i just genuinely am curious as to the process ! :)
You rock! Thank you!
OH I LOVE THIS!!! THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much for this 🙏🏽
hello. the 24hrsprep download isn't working 😭 i'm not getting anything in my email
Thank you for this informative video. It's beneficial and motivating US future flight attendants ❤❤❤❤
Glad it was helpful!
Alexis thank you so much for sharing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
All the time ❤️
How come no one talks about the cart test? If you fail that test you fail overall.
I agree. That assignment is what makes or breaks you.
What is the TBNT message?
@@tccc7 It means “Thanks but no thanks”…
I appreciate your information. This video was very helpful with my preparation for my flight attendant interview. I have my face to face Monday and I am so excited!
How did it go
@@amberdaniels25 I didn’t get selected this time. I’m not giving up though. I plan to reapply. 🙂
Thank you - currently spending the extra funds I have for my outfit
Thank you for all of your tips! I have my F2F in April and am wondering when I should receive the PDF you mentioned? I did not receive one with my interview confirmation. Thanks! :)
The pdf is usually a link on the face to face email confirmation. Is not a downloadable pdf is a swipe type of pdf.
Alexis, how long after you get CJO does Flight Attendant Training begin? Thank you Hector. I have my Face to Face April 11th 2023 in ATL. Appreciate all your help.
I’ll be there too at 6:45am, what time are you going? 😁
Hey Hector, after CJO for Delta it depends. I keep hearing between 1-2 months wait time After passing background check.
Hi Alexis it was nice watching your videos.what do you use to hide your tattoo?
Thank you so much! No. as soon as is not visible while on uniform, everything is fine.
Did you wear long sleeves during the pool testing?
Thank you im sooo nervous about the virtual you really helped ease my mind. Are you still with the company ?
Approximately how many candidates are at the event day?
Depends.. sometimes they are 40, sometimes they are 60 sometimes just about 20…

Thanks for the video! Did you happen to notice if larger candidates had trouble with the jump seat test?
Hi, i am so worried about this too, im a little big and I am so nervous about going to my f2f and fail the jumpseat
I just wish this was out when I went last year. However thank you for the valuable information ✈️💜✈️💜✈️💜

What time is the best time to go to the interview?
Love to see my colleagues doing well. I’ve flown with you before I believe because I never forget a face baby!!!!
I’m getting ready to start my journey
Thank you so much. Very helpful ❤
Hi! I really enjoyed watching your video, thanks. I would like to ask you one question, during training would I be sharing a room with another person or would it be a single room?
Hi! I was not sent the pdf. Is there another location I can find this?
The pdf is a link that is attached to one of the paragraphs of one of the conformation emails for the f2f. It is not a Downloadable pdf is a swie type of pdf.
Is your CJO Thursday? Asking because that’s when mines is!
Thanks for the awesome video! I’m having trouble downloading pdf links. Is there another option for this?
These sound just like the questions they asked on hirevue. Are they the same questions as on hirevue?
Thank you so much
I’m excited and nervous at the same time . My F2F interview is next week. 🎉
Hey there!, Can I ask you a question, im really worried about the jumpseat test, is it really that small? Im a little big and im afraid to fail the test . Thank you 🙏
