I got a F2F event day invitation! This helped me get in the right mental space ! I used my stories but including key words and understanding what the questions are really about helps
@@how2become with Delta! But I'm not native English speaker so I'm trying really hard to improve my vocabulary, generally , I don't know about Delta specifically, but I see native English speakers expecting a level of grammar and fluency close to theirs, honestly this is impossible , even a British speaking Spanish , or American speaking French, for instance, will have certain limitations, anyway I'm very dedicated to reach a great level of communication and stand out!
Y’all are not supposed to use these answers, these are to help you , and give you a VARIETY of answer ideas ,, Pay attention to the questions,, ⭐️Thank you so much for doing this
I had all situational questions, and one about Delta attributes and how it compares to me ,, I wasn’t ready for that but you get 5 tries for each question, if you do your research on the company you can get it done ✅!
I hope the content helps! You usually get around 2 minutes per answer, so feel free to go in-depth if it is all relevant, but if you are better at giving concise but quality answers, that can work great too. Is your interview coming up soon? Let me know if there are any questions you need help with :)
Remember David, Delta will want to hire those with professionalism. If you have never been in an emergency situation before, that is of course okay, but instead, either describe an example of when you've witnessed someone handle it really well, or describe what you WOULD do if faced with an emergency situation. The core actions and principles - putting safety first, remaining calm under pressure, and following training and procedures etc, are what the hiring manager is after. Good luck.

I got an invitation too! Good luck dear! We got this!
That’s so awesome ❤So it took them about two months to get back with you after the recorded interview ?
How long did it take for them to update you on how you did ?
These answers are a bit long. It is suggested to keep them under a minute, coming from a current flight attendant 👩🏾✈️♥️
Thanks for sharing! My advice would be to tweak the information and length of the answers so they suit you :)

What if we don't all have stories about saving someone's life?

@@how2become Thank you. I just did my "Video-on-demand" interview with them.
These answers are not authentic and very pretentious. Many will get dismissed if they try to answer like this. Way over the top.
😳 What makes you say that?
Do you think your answers are extremely long? Omg I was only able to get thru the second response. They're good but I believe way to long
Thanks for your comment! When's your interview?
Amazing thank you so much for sharing ❤❤ ❤❤❤
