Two boys messing around in grampas garage. The visiting friend askes about the dusty car in the back corner. "Hey what's that?" 9h that's a car my cousin started working on before he left for the Marine Corp. It was going to be a drag car when he finished, now my grand parents won't get rid of it since he died. I think he had done a lot of work on the motor, and fixed some of the body damage. I'm wanting to ask about working on it with my grandpa, but I'm a little worried he'll get upset.
Outstanding work as usual. The little details to the weathering like the heart in the dust really set this one apart. Some photos of this build alongside your project car AE86 would be cool to see on Instagram or something. Thanks for sharing all your hard work and expertise as always!
Hello. Thank you for showing us high quality plastic models every time. If you like, could you be my teacher? As a Japanese person, I am very happy to see how much Japanese plastic models are being made.
It is amazing what 3D printing has done for the model building hobby. So many more options for custom work now and easier to obtain. Great work on this and so much creativity.
Thank you Spence. Yeah 3D printing opens up tons of possibilities for scale modeling. There is a little bit of learning curve but once you get over it, it is all fun from there(except when the prints failed or you accidentally tipped over the resin jar and got resin all over the floor.😩)
Your work is always so fun. I think it would be really cool if you did a series where you built an abandoned car and then a series of models after that showed a restoration process. Almost like snap shots of the car being brought back to life.
Great details. Amazing craftmanship. Although, if it has a flat tire (somehow) it would be a perfect barn find. But, nonetheless, this is perfection of a build.
I love these project car type design you started building. Very very beautiful work as always. Would you try the MK2 Toyota supra from MPC or tamiya next pleasee? White paint with a blue interior? Would mean a lot to me since I had one that I miss a lot
What a brilliant video, the actual lfilming of the build and your commentary all great, but the music through out was fantastic. Thank you for sharing. 😊
hey Jun when it comes to the supports on your prints they should be able to just fall off very easily you really shouldnt have to cut them. i would lower your support % a little bit and go from there. just my input
Sweet build! A tip for the resin prints - before you cure them, place them in lukewarm water so you can remove the supports with ease (no snipping required), thanks to @UncleJessy for that! and then cure the parts.
Great project Jun! The engine turns out to be an awesome show piece! Funny enough I am working on a Supra project already that has some similarities to yours :)
If you print the bonnet vertically it'll take a lot longer but will need less supports and will reduce those contour style layer lines you had to sand out
Great question! I sanded the plastic body to make it rough for the primer to stick onto. If the surface is too smooth then it’s harder for the paint to bite into the plastic.👍

That’s a very very good story! It goes well with this build 100%! 👍

I will definitely put them together and take some photos since they have similar characteristics. And thank you very much for watching my videos.🥹
i love the storytelling that goes into a build like this. and the end result is top notch as always.
Just ordered this supra model from tamiya on amazon yesterday!! It is coming in 2 days and I cant wait to build it!
That’s awesome! Have fun with the kit.👍

@@JunsMiniGarage ah man, I can only imagine trying to clean all that up!! The loss of all that resin would make me cry. 😅
@@JunsMiniGarage can you drop the file?

Thank you very much. That’s an excellent idea.👍
The rust affect on the hatch was absolutely amazing! Great work, keen to watch more of your work now. 😋

It's amazing 🤩
This...this is just a master peace!
Unbelievable craftsmanship
Definitely one of my favorite model car building channels on TH-cam. I plan on doing my first one sometime this year
Great details. Amazing craftmanship.

The thing I love the most about Jun's videos is that they really give that "master at work" vibe (especially with the music).

Outstanding 😮
What a brilliant video, the actual lfilming of the build and your commentary all great, but the music through out was fantastic. Thank you for sharing. 😊
Thank you. I am glad you liked my music choice.❤️
kinda remind me when Brian arrive at Dom's shop with his 10sec car on the towing , awsome job and detail very impressive!!!
the details are soo realistic, it's even adds a sad touch to the car that got abandoned ! Mindblowing masterpiece.
Next episode restoration ?
Jun, that is a fantastic looking build. I love the resin engine and all the detail painting.
Thank you very much. I am glad to hear that.
awesome as always. I've always wanted to do a rust bucket build but have never done so yet. I need to try it
Thank you. And definitely try some rust bucket builds or any weathered builds if you can. It’s different but it’s also a lot of fun.
Holy shit!! what an absolutely beautiful build and video!! amazing job as always Jun, love the attention to detail!
Jun-Senei never fails to amaze me❤️
Ra ta ta ta ta ........❤❤❤❤
😎 Wow, what a unique build. Your attention to detail is amazing. Love all the extras. This model tells a story all on it's own. Thanks for sharing. 👌
Awesome work sir!
Thank you very much.❤️

Looks soo cool!!!!
those last 2 little scrubs on the dirty glass windows was the absolute final CHEF SPRINKLE lol !

I love your videos man!
Thank you Dave.🥹
Incredible work!
Thank you so much Billy.
Outstanding work! Quick question, I've been trying to find aftermarket parts to 3D print and/or buy to get shipped. Anyone know of a trusted website??
Amazing work! I am in the middle of building Toyota Supra GT the TOM's version, there are so many tips in your video! Thanks a lot :)
Thank you. I am glad my videos are helpful to you.🙏
Thats awesome nicely done thanks for sharing 🙂
Thank you for watching.❤️

Awesome work 👍🏼 that's very nice and with all those 3d printed parts that you've added, it has become super realistic. Well done 😊👍🏼
Thank you very much Karl. ❤️
Wow Jun another amazing build some great tips for us all. The turbo is something else, thank you.👍
Great project Jun! The engine turns out to be an awesome show piece! Funny enough I am working on a Supra project already that has some similarities to yours :)
Thank you very much Robby! I can’t wait to see what your new project is. I already know it will be amazing.😍

Thank you so much for the tip. I will keep that in mind.👍
Your videos are so therapeutic and fun to learn from !
Love this type of projects.
interesting project👌👏
This was a great video thank you 🙏
Thank you 🙏
Nice work!
beatuiful, qualty work, and i always love your vids. i do prefer no commentary however. can you try doing non stop streams of the entire process?
Tip for 3d print change inclination in the slicer. I love your videos❤
Thank you very much for the tip.🙏
IS THAT A SUPRA!!
YOOOOO (cleans glasses with window wiper) IS THAT A SUPRA?
No
Its a shitbox
No it's a Ford f150
Nooo it’s a honda civic
I really need to get some of those Tamia kits, they look so detailed
This ist awaesome and also so sad. But the only detail what kind of destroing the look is, that the tirese should be flat ^^
Thank you so much for the great idea!👍
very nice project :)
You should do a video showing off all of your models, and save your favorites for the end of the video!
My friends dream car. He drove one a year ago, Unfortunately he wrecked and died in it but I took solace knowing he went with a smile
はじめまして😮カッコいいですね😃
should get a little 3d printed garage for stuff like this 😊
Thats sweet, now maybe build another one after its all fixed up
outjerked by jun-civic eg 1/24
Oh, Toyota Supra. I see. I saw Toyota Supra before.
Dont Hate the Supra Hate the Supra Kids
その通り
“Pop the hood”
“2JZ, no shiit…”
The details.
U don’t need to have any exhaust just make it exhaust headers with no exhaust pipes
what drillbits and hand drill are you using? theyre not in the description
Just updated the tool list in the description, it’s there now. Thank you very much.🙏
Очень круто работа! А как у вас можно приобрести 3d дополнения для этой модели? Или файл для печати!?
Can u make the Lexus ls400/ Toyota Celsior
That’s a good suggestion. Will put it on my to build list.👍
Jun will you build muscle cars like the dodge charger and hellcat
Oh yeah definitely! I like muscle cars especially older ones.
@@JunsMiniGarage try the revell dodge charger and amt 1970 Monte Carlo if you can do Sean’s Monte Carlo from Fast and furious Tokyo drift
Good suggestion! I will look into those AMT kits.👍
U should’ve made the tires look like they are flat
Thank you for the idea.👍
Nice car! Could you please do Takumi Fujiwara's AE86 (Project D version) next?
Can you make a general Lee barn find 🙏🏻
So dope!! , what typa wire did you use to pin the side mirrors if you don’t mind me asking?
Maby next time do the tires as flat tires.
Great idea. Thank you for the suggestion.👍
@@JunsMiniGarage thanks. Rally like this build.
Amazing build. Fantastic! Could I ask where you have got the 3d file?
Where can I get the intercooler & exhaust from? Is there a website?
I curious why you sand an injection moulded plastic? It will be smoother straight out the mould then you will ever get with sandpaper.
Great question! I sanded the plastic body to make it rough for the primer to stick onto. If the surface is too smooth then it’s harder for the paint to bite into the plastic.👍
Hello
Hello.
"Pop the hood please"
I buy the car models I like and only put the engine together and forget about it hehe🤭🤭
What do you do if your scribe slips and scratches the body?
You can fix the scratches with epoxy putty, then sand it back flat.👍
You should do a 300zx plzzz
Hey bro can u build the fujimi devil Z
Amazing job. But in reality, an abandoned supra wouldn't have its 2JZ and $3000 slicks still on 😂
First time
Still waiting for the YELLOW hatch back civic 😢to be done
I own Supra kit for 5 years now, and never opened yet. I donno how to start😂.
You can do it! It’s not as hard as it seems. Just take your time to build it slowly. 👍
