Who knew that little dog would be so cute in the natural wood!!
Love the dramatic crackle on the sheep!👍
I love how it crackles. Love the chubby pig.
Absolutely loved that little wiener dog, who knew what was hiding under that paint. Loved the crackle medium and all the new paint colors.❤
I could watch you for hours! Especially love the pigs and cows for some reason. Great results!!!
Some people rescue dogs and cats, but Yvonne rescues forgotten and neglected wooden animals! Great job! 🐷 🐄 🐴
Love your comment.
And it’s true LOL
I was at a thrift store yesterday and saw some animals and thought of you ❤
🥰
She is decreasing waste. Vintage is the ultimate green industry.
Ha! What a heartwarming statement 😊❤
❤❤❤ The dachshund sign my favorite kind of dog had one for almost 15 years.
All of them, I love ALL of them!!
Precious animals! ❤ Love the cow!
The rocking horse😮
Lol the cow is smiling.😅
I saw that too and it made me chuckle!
Again I so appreciate the step-by-step. People could just look at one of these animal plaques and like it, but don’t know how to do it and you always show us that which is what makes you the best in my book. God bless and thank you again.
The dog and the end and the second piggy were my favourite
I'm in love with the milk paint.. you know that cow has my heart but all your work does, thank you for all your inspiration
🥰
The Queen of black and white painted the pig GREEN!!! You go, Yvonne!
🥰🤍🖤
I'm a sucker for a cute lil pig, but liked all your projects. I liked the lamb in it's original state.
Not gonna lie. When you started painting the animals in "non-animal" colors I didn't expect to like it. But I should have known! They are all so dang cute I want the entire menagerie! 😊
I did not realize that was the way milk paint turned out! Perfect for your little animals!!
I have watched and enjoyed all of your videos for 3 years. Your style has changed and your expertise has grown tremendously. I always make a point to see what you will do next. A fellow Michigander thanks you.
Thank you. I really appreciate that. I love changing and growing. And for you to realize that means a lot🥰
I ❤ them all. I just learned a lot in this video. I see those wood animals all the time now I know what to do to make them so awesome 😊
I'm so glad! Thank you
All the little animals are so cute ❤
and Mrs T So adorable the little animals well done
Oh sooo cute. I kept thinking where is the sheep.....then yay the sheep! Loved the horse and green piggy. All were fab!!
😊 thank you
The stencils are particularly effective in adding that special touch of character! Thanks for testing new products for us👏👏👏
Glad you like them!
Wow, this video was a real throwback with all those animal cutouts. And I love that paint technique I had never seen it before. I think the dog needed a "bone-a-fide" stamp, but that's just me! 😂
I use the milk paint all the time. I love it. I love the chippy that it creates. However, it has a mind of its own. If you want really chippy set it in the sun, then apply water to the places you wait the chippy and cracks 😊
Thanks for the tip! I appreciate this🥰
I really enjoy most everything you do, this time I wasn't that fond of how the adorable sheep came out, the crackle seemed too geometric or something, but everything else was fabulous! Funny the Weiner dog was my favorite, I love how you just let him be after sanding. You have quickly became one of my favorite TH-camrs to watch, you seem humble, kind and down to earth. Wishing you and Chris much happiness in your lovely new home, thanks so much for sharing that journey with us as well.
If fun trying out new products. No not everything turns out. And maybe will line them and maybe we won’t. But I love sharing the good and bad. Thank you
I absolutely love that you try things. I hope you don't feel I was criticizing you. It was nice seeing what the crackle medium does. It did crackle very well.
I look for these wooden animals and haven't found any yet. Can't wait till I find them. 🤞I loved all of them. The way the original black on the sheep's face and feet didn't crackle was interesting. It looked like it was meant to be that way. Thank you for inspiring us.❤❤❤
Oh.. I hope you find some soon
Sure wish I could find cutouts like these. Love milk paint!
I see these all the time...actually have some - now I have ideas how to redo ! thx ! ❤
Love the winne dog, always had them for pets
Love all of the animals
You are able to use a heat gun or hair dryer to have the most crackle effect. Beautiful work as always.
Thanks for that tip
I wish I had the eye for things like you just done. You see potential in everything. Those turned out so cute. That paint is perfect for that. I like that green too. Love them all. Look great leaning on the back splash in your kitchen. On a cabinet door. On a wreath perhaps. God Bless you. Hugs, Rebekah.
Yes.. they would make great accent pieces
They are all super cute!
I see them all the time when go thrifting. Yes u have inspired me to redo them. Thanks !
Hi Yvonne! All the "aminals" are delightful, but the horse is magnificent!
Thank you
Awesome as always
How adorable each one turned out. I don’t understand why someone painted that sweet looking Weiner dog with all those great details on it. If I have to pick a favorite it’d be the pig. I like pigs n love that color green. To think I mixed up a bunch of different colors to get that shade to paint an old wooden Army trunk 😆. Now I know where I can get more from. There all so precious.
♥️♥️😊👍👍🌟🌟
That little wiener dog has my heart ❤️
Love these. I've never applied the milk paint that way. I love the texture it creates. I will have to try this❤
Love that milk paint, and that crackle medium really works great too! All the animals turned out great! Love seeing the new techniques that you do.❤
Thanks so much!
Oh my the puppy dog is so beautiful. Loved all the pigs . They were my favorite. God Bless ❤
Thank you! You too!
The milk paint will crackle a lot when it is applied to glossier surfaces. Love to watch you ❤️❤️
These were adorable! Sheep was my fave, but love that plain little dog! Great work!
I loved everything today.
But guys if you haven’t subscribed to Yvonne and Chris’ new channel you are missing some good videos. I saw the one were they went to a farm auction. It was great to see all that old stuff. That pioneers of this country used and how we are so in love with searching for them and proudly displaying them in out current homes hundreds of years later.
Everyone is commenting on the old tub and the hoard of grain sacks for $25!!!!
You're the best! Thank you!
I love all of them😅😅
Glad to have an early morning video from you! Everything looks great, as always. I think the rocking horse is my favorite. Thank you!
What cute little animals! Loved the weenie dog!!
These were amazing. So inspiring❤❤❤
Thank you so much!!
I love the daschund!! I have a boy 💙
I like the green pickle color
I have fallen in love with the old weathered look you have been able to get with the milk paint and the vintage colours all these projects turned out so cute and the bunnies really did look like iced cookies or biscuits as we would call them here in England ! 🥰
All great items!
I have a cow just like yours, ii sanded it off and put the cow stamps on it and painted over them and stamped again. It looks pretty good. God bless
That is awesome!
Love the pickle color!
I think if you use a heat tool to dry the piece, it gives it a very crackled and beautiful chippy effect.
Thanks for the tip!
Brilliant make overs ❤
The sheep!!! LOVE IT!
Excellent upgrades 🩷
Mix with warm water. Love your channel.
Thanks for the tip!
I'm ALWAYS looking for the wooden cut out critters or ceramic critters and never ever find them! Love all of your ideas... You are so freaking talented and creative ❤
Aww..thank you
So cute!
All the animals turned out so cute! My favorite today was the cow. TFS
Thank you! 😊
I seriously can’t choose a favorite! I was however crossing my fingers for the pickle color to show up ☺️❤️
Love watching you create with my early morning coffee❣️ so cool to see how the paint crackles ❣️ TFS❤️
Thanks so much 😊
I love the milk paint details left on the items!💞
Me too🤗
I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you
All of these are cute! I like the milk paint look.
Loved all the little animals! The milk paint and the crackle medium surely took them up a notch. Did like the little dog best though. Thank you for always providing such creative videos. 🤗
Thanks for always watching!
🥒 green piggie... and the cute Winnie doggie ❤
Love the puppy!❤
Really enjoyed your early morning video, great animal redos!
Glad you enjoyed!
The animals were all adorable. I swear you can make something out of nothing !
🥰
Love how you make the ‘cutesy’ into farmhouse spectacular!
Thank you! 😊
I want to try the milk paint! I loved how these turned out. Thank you for sharing different products🤗
Thanks so much 😊
So so cute. I’ve seen someone use the milk paint. She put it on thick and used a heat gun to dry it to make crackling. I love the rocky horse.😊❤ awwww, the puppy dog is adorable 🥰.
😮cute cute cute!
Loved the horse and dog!
Thanks for testing all the products for us. Nice to be able to see before trying. They all came out great. I think I like the crackle with just white glue instead of the product you tried. Just personal preference.
Thank you.. it’s fun trying new products. But yes I like the glue too
All so cute!
My favorite is the rocking horse but the cow distressed in a way that gives him a smile and that fat pig is just too cute
Love them all
I'm curious what color you would have ended up with if you had mixed all your left over paint together
Oh.. I wonder.. should have gave it a try
I love all the animal cutouts ,I see them all the time at GW so I will be picking them up!!
I have some farmhouse stencils just trying to figure what I can use them on, thank you for inspiration
Sooooo fun😊
I'm on the fence about the milk paint crackle. But I was super inspired by the Joilee black wax and especially the FunkyMonkey stencils! Ill be checking both out for sure! I really like sanding edges and giving that " worn" distressed look, the crackle is a bit out of my comfort range...but that's just me and MY STYLE...not everyone is the same! Thank goodness! Loved all the animals though, I have a few in my Stash that I will be pulling out! Thank you
I LOVE milk paint. I just started using it this year and the crackling & layering is a dream. I have 4 or 5 colors in Miss Mustard Seed’s line.
You have difficult inspired me because I bought two wooden horsies at the flea market to antique them. If they turn out half as good as yours I will be very pleased. Love your antiquing and the colors. My favorite is the horse, the sheep is a bit too much for me.
That’s awesome !
Love these
Wow! That crackle medium is fabulous! Loved how the feet and nose had very little making the wool obvious! That wiener dog was so cute!!!! I have seen some people use a heat gun to get more crackle and I have seen Sammie from Unicorn Dust Designs really struggle with the milk paint! Definitely a paint you can’t have a vision of turn out 😂
I’m going try a heat gun.. thank you
Love love your nail color ❤😂sorry off track. I have sweet pickings in my stash and have been afraid to use it. Thanks for inspiring me to give it a try 😉
❤️
Do you ever have problems with the paint not adhering when you have gone over something that has been waxed, like when you did the stenciling on the cow or the bunny?
✅
I loved them all but the weinner was a winner for me. Glad you didn't paint it.
❤😊😊😊
I want to buy the doxie dog wall hanging. Where do i purchase?
It's on my eBay
Man, that horse turned out beautiful! And, my mom's maiden name is Bacon so I'm always looking for pigs for her... You think you could list one of those on your eBay? How much would they be? 20:17
Thank you, they are now up for auction on my eBay.
Are you going to sell the Dachshund?
It's on my eBay
Liked the green pig.would have been cute ith a pink flower on his backside ❤😊
Where is your shop located
Glad you didn't paint the dog ❤
