Russian-Style Coffee Recipe | Energising Evening Drink

Russian-style coffee is a harmonious blend of espresso and the traditional Russian spirit, vodka. This drink awakens and invigorates with the intense flavour of coffee complemented by a strong alcoholic note. It not only boosts energy but also creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, making it perfect for evening gatherings after dinner or at a party.
Ingredients:
60ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
50ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) vodka
2 tsp sugar
Whipped cream to taste
Method:
1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
2. Pour vodka and coffee into a serving glass.
3. Add sugar and stir well.
4. Top with whipped cream.
