You calling it Desi Ghee, so the Costco Kirkland butter must be from Desi / A2 cows? The packaging shown didn't indicate A2 butter, perhaps its written on the otherside.
No it’s not from A2 butter. I called Desi ghee because we Indians call clarified butter desi ghee in Hindi language. It doesn’t have anything to do with brand/quality of butter. I made it using Costco brand (Kirkland) unsalted butter. Thank you for your time🙏🏼
