I love their stuff. They are designed with simplicity and rigidity with minimal movement to work means less likely to break. I would buy their stock which is severely undervalued.
Some of that stuff does look pretty cool. I wish they had come up with a better brand name. I’ve always thought “tough built” sounds like some off-brand tool that you’d get at Wal Mart, like “hyper tough”.
@@americanelectrician So as a matter of fact: the name, (as opposed to a founder's last name, or a city where Headquarters is located, for instance) is meant to be our bond. The idea is that ToughBuilt is a promise we make- it doesn't matter if it's on the side of a pouch or a knife or a tent or a truck... if we are making it, it has to live up to the brand. WHICH BRINGS US TO fun fact #2: nothing, and I mean NOTHING we make is rebranded. We don't license designs from other companies- our co-founding Chief Executive Officer and Chief Design Officer are both tool designers and engineers by trade holding many US patents. HQ's building is about 75% industrial designers and we hire the absolute best- coming with years of experience and backgrounds in aerospace, maritime engineering, textiles, automotive concepting; our designers resumes read like a list of blue chip tech stocks because our approach to every tool is to be driven by groundbreaking form and function and well-thought details. At ToughBuilt there is nothing more important than delivering innovative, quality on which our customers can rely.
I agree with @adamperry154 on the company name but it’s cool to see the company on here interacting with customers. I always stayed away because I thought it looked like a company that would be here today, gone tomorrow. But if they’re going to stick around and make some quality stuff then I may have to give in and give them a try.
Yeah tell them. I happen to own quite a bit of toughbuilt products and I pretty much love love love every single one of them and they're all built with amazing quality and their customer service and warranty department is top-notch I say that from firsthand experience.
@@ToughBuilt Your stuff does look cool but it really is being dragged down by the name. Let's look at popular brand names: Klein, Ideal, Milwaukee, Channellock, cool American names. Toughbuilt sounds Chinese, kind of fake. I'd rather have a founder's last name or city headquarters than a phrase. Bottom line I like your 12 in 1 and the tape measure, but if I showed up on the jobsite with it I'd catch some flak. Nothing major but still there would be some
I’ve been using the tool belt for a year or so and it’s working well. I like being able to quickly remove the pouches if I’m in a tight spot or have to carry something. I do wish the pouches had more pockets instead of just the loops. The sawhorses are great
I broke my milwaukee tapes and I started using the toughbuilt measuring tape and it's been holding up grate! Let us know how the screws drivers do for you. I use Klein for the most part but seen and like the way they feel.
Hey when you were showing off the 12 in 1 multi-purpose screwdriver you forgot to mention that the neck is hex so you can fit a wrench on it to apply extra torque to something when fastening or loosening it
Got the 12in1 and the insulated screwdrivers as soon as I've seen your video. Not gonna lie, I prefer the toughbuilt insulated screwdrivers over the klein ones. Way better than the Doyle ones too. The 12in1 is a bit in the bulky side, I'll definitely take the kleins over the toughbuilt.
~ Ive Been Wearin. their knee Pads( DAILY for @ 8 years ~ On my Second Pair. People Usually joke about their Size) ...... Before they ask me “ Where to get them” Two weeks later. When it comes to My knees.... who cares how they look ~ U can wear them all day and not even notice U have em on. I ready to try some of their other stuff now. I just ordered the Mini Drill Holster.
My buddy and I that work together love everything we have purchased from them, the quality for the price is off the charts!

Been using tough build belt for electric work for a year. I personally liked taking off and on while climbing up and working above drop ceiling

That’s so true. They are re-branded tools, though do look pretty nice, and they function well, but the name is a little bit lacking

the tool belt and the clip system they are nice now i have my eye on the new tools of this brand
They have a ton of customizable pouches you can purchase online. Also Menards carries most of them.
I love Tough Built products! I've yet to purchase anything made by them that I was disappointed in. I will definitely be checking out that tape!
Oh heck yeah a drywall saw that’s awesome I have the fixed blade knife they put out I will keep an eye out for that drywall saw for sure

Also have the magnetic tape measure. Its actually hard to find magnetic tape measure with the cheater scale showing 1/8" and 1/16"

I like their hammers better than eastwing. Really good feel and weight distribution.
I haven’t gotten to try their hammers yet!
@@americanelectrician We can help you with that.
Go get the tough built utility knife
I have both extending levels the small and the 24" to 40" extending level both are awesome

Where can i buy the tape measure? I can’t find it for sale at any store or even online.
can you review the folding jab saw ?
What country did the toughbuilt origin?
Unfortunately, the multi bit driver has a lot play for Phillips. More than the Klein’s
if it aint Klein it aint mine. Love the bag/ belt system though !
Better yet if they dont get a efing exclusivity deal with home depot.
Toughbuilt is getting taken down stores in Canada... :(
Whattttt why
🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵🥵

You’re the man
Problem is the tool industry is saturated… they all look the same
Like a school girl every time you say super. It’s super annoying
