what kind of cheese was on the potato? too bad there's never any recipes
Guess something they call Mozarella (not the same as fresh soft Italian version) in Eastern Asia. Tastes very mild, bland, honestly like nothing much. Comes in bricks or sticks and has a firm rubbery texture. They like the stringy texture when the cheese is melted and it browns nicely.
