You need either Smiley or sober Larry to get Biff to give you the Green Diamond without bloodshed. You can also get Larry to relapse with the Hermit's mushrooms.
This makes sense now as to why Larry couldn't talk Biff into handing over the green diamond. We need to get him cleaned up. I was so happy when I got two doses of the drug, but it still needs to be 100%. Thanks for the tips never got much into the hospital.
Relapses happen. In my current playthrough, I have had Larry for quite a while, I cured his addiction, after almost a year of game time, he switched back to drugs. I didn't notice when it happened. His stats stayed the same except wisdom which went back down. He is better on drugs anyway (optimist on drugs, pessimist sober). Zombie dolphins, man!
Voodoo is not broke. Just read carefully what 3 key ppl are saying. Diary is one tile next to the village. Just bring good armor as end action will be heavy. I did not understand what is broken with doctor quest. I finished it without any problems. Anyway thanks for info that Larry can be improved by this crazy doctor. I need to check this out.
