I always see the kids packaged junk food and snacks in these videos but just curious if you can show us what you cook your family for dinner, like real food..like a cooking video! ♥
I just mean whole foods that dont come in packaging(they cause disease and obesity and mental health issues.) For example..chicken, potatoes and carrots..or steak or a roast...you know nutritious foods without all the grains and sugar and chemicals we love to snack on that make us ill and hurt our immune systems and spike our insulin levels etc....lol sorry i just like to see what other mothers cook there kids for dinner and i love watching people cook and see the end product. @@BlessedJessI think people forget what pur species appropriate diet really is sometimes.
The way prices are we need to be thankful for anything Helene really changed a lot of our lives and we're greatful to even have a next meal we have no clothes fresh water much foods clean water need medicine rescuers can't even get most places yet be very thankful for anything you are very lucky if u have roast steak etc as u said this lady is doing all she can like we all are now

Real food? I do have lots of recipe videos on my channel. I don’t like labeling food good or bad (or junk). My kids all eat a variety of foods.
