I can't recall, possibly ebay. Revzilla has them in stock:

How big is the outer diameter of the nub of gas cap? Just want to know how the tube can be (if i recall, you said inner diameter of tube was 5/32).

Any way to remove the check valve functionality and just keep the swivel. Having trouble with pressure building up in my tank with stubby type vents and other check valves that only let air into the tank.

I never noticed any pressure building up in mine. Not sure how you could disassemble this swivel without destroying it.

@@aaronbehindbars My issue is/was an aftermarket black IMS tank which I probably overfilled on a hot day with cold fuel. Due to the expansion/pressure in the tank I had fuel coming out of the cap, etc. I ended up just partially unscrewing the gas cap for a while, but by that time, my tank bag was soaked with gas and that was a pain in the ass for the rest of the trip. I purchased one of these swivel valves recently and confirmed it does not readily let pressure out of the tank. I first tried to drill the center out with a 1/16" drill bit, but that just trashed the bit. I was boogering the connector pretty decent at that point so threw caution to the wind and pulled the two sections apart. There is a small metal BB inside acting as the check valve stop. One side has a rubber o-ring gasket to seal against the other. I took out the BB and reconnected the two sections. I was able to pinch/deform the female brass section to keep the two pieces from coming apart. It still swivels well enough and is water tight. Probably just got lucky.

Where does the vent hose plug into?

It plugs into some sort of emissions/charcoal canister. It follows the stock vent hose routing. That's all I can tell you at this point. I sold the bike 2-3 year ago, so I can't go look at it to see what's what.

@@aaronbehindbars I bought the bike with the ims tank, it has the little pig tail and I want you to put the stock vent back on, just trying to figure out where it plugs into, thanks
