Awesome flare progression brah ! ! keep it up,you're very close to reach the best flares cause in the last part of your video you're really starting to feel a true flare ! So respect and never give up,no pain no gain ;) Also wait for ma air flare progression video,it will be soon :) and I've also subscribed to your channel ;)
I just practiced like every day 40-60 minutes...I didn´t really count the time dude, I just focused in trying to learn the move I´m pretty sure you will get it too bro :)
Reza Putra Bro you have to move your legs as you move your waist, try flare first with your legs bended because it is easier and you will eventually get the move but it is all about moving your legs and hips(waist) coordinately so the move is created from a combination of legs and hips. Hope I helped
Reza Putra No problem man, just remember to control what you're doing while you practice, it is better a shorter but quality practice session that one that's all about lots of hours of practice and no control
Im in training to my goal is airflare but first im tryin to do some exercises like hand hops on both sides you think it is good exercise? You know people learn airflares by years yo did it in 4 months i really appreciate every tip from you
Hey! Thanks for the feedback! In my opinion training flare trying not to touch the ground is much harder than training it touching the floor at first, because in this way you will understand the move easier and you will get the hang of it, in the other case I used to experience lack of control which translated into not getting/understanding the move, but if that way of training (not touching the floor) works better for you then work on it like that :)
Damn I was also practising flares in 2014

Muchas gracias!!
