Yes is harder in my opinion. Once you learn the one arm handstand, go for the elbow balance

@@bboyelias4206 I dont know man, try to get the feeling of the one arm balance and then apply it to the one elbow balance, this is how I understand it, hope it helps 👍🏼

@@hierbad527 yo me sace movimientos de calistenia como press handstand o tuck planche a handstand pero realmente no hace falta, si persistes y lo practicas bien acabas ganando la fuerza y forma física para hacerlos. Keep going 💪

Never practice without shoes unless you’re on grass or somewhat grippy floor it can mess up your form

you got any tips for finding the balance?
Hey bro, just make sure to stretch and warm up your neck a lot, and then just practice it, first without rotation, just the headstand with 2 hands, you will naturally find the balance point, but a good advice is that your sight has to be parallel to the floor when you are upside down in your headstand, but it will come naturally
Hey bro! sorry for the delay, em, I would say just get pretty comfortable with your headfreeze and if you can headbalance for 1 or 2 secs it's great but it is not mandatory, and have in mind that head balancing is kinda risky bro so really warm up properly if you practice it please :). But for me it's just about having a good head freeze, being able to move your legs and still be in balance with the support of your hands, just try to find the position before starting to spin bro, that's my advice, get pretty comfortable on your head and don't practice it too much if you experience any kind of neck or head hurt. But for finding the balance there is not really a secret bro, just put yourself upside down and try to find the most comfortable position for you and rest when needed that's it

Cómo haces Jackhammer?
Bro pues simplemente trata de adquirir un buen control en cricket freeze de una sola mano, es decir jackhammer freeze, trata de lograr equilibrio y control en esa posición, después domina los crickets de manera fluida y luego ya simplemente intenta hacer los saltos de Jackhammer en el sitio sin girar, una vez q te salga bien trata de hacerlos durante un cricket y a medida que practiques te saldrá mejor :)

Me gusto,el único error que tenía en los últimos progresos era que no subía muy arriba la cadera entonces arrastaba las piernas y no tenia suficiente espacio para volver.Bastante bien el progreso😊😊😊😊

Realmente la fuerza no importa en el flare, ya viste al principio del vídeo que decidí aprender ejercicios de fuerza como el press to handstand porque pense que me ayudaría, y de hecho ayuda bastante pero al fin y al cabo es todo práctica y la fuerza y la condición física en general se van adquiriendo a medida que uno practica así que a por ello que puedes :D PD: No pasa nada porque seas chica, lo puedes aprender igual sin ningún problema, hay bgirls que tienen un powermove increíble, y ya te digo que todo se basa en una práctica correcta y en entender como funciona el movimiento, todo se puede amiga :)

nice but thats actually a side freeze not a airchair freeze or stall , i had a same problem once ,i suggest u to see solpm airchair updated version and try to do all steps , and as u know side freeze ,is actuaaly gonna be easy to do airchair and shoulder flexiblity also helped me, keep going , peace

Heyy! perdona por no contestar antes hermano, me van mal las notificaciones de los comentarios de mis vídeos o algo :/ Pues veras no es cuestión de mucho o poco tiempo, en mi opinión lo necesario para conseguir un movimiento es lo que yo llamo repeticiones efectivas, es decir, entrenar intenando controlar lo que haces todo el rato y tratar de entender el move, en que estamos fallando, como lo podemos corregir, como deberíamos haber movido nuestro cuerpo en ese momento etc...entonces el tiempo no es realmente importante, si que es cierto que si le dedicas más horas y entrenas bien (repeticiones efectivas que como ya te he dicho es lo contrario de entrenar a lo loco) pues mejorarás más rápido eso es todo :) Espero haberte ayudado hermano Saludos desde España!

If u started training not touching the ground from te beginning it wouldnt took you so long to learn it.
Hey! Thanks for the feedback! In my opinion training flare trying not to touch the ground is much harder than training it touching the floor at first, because in this way you will understand the move easier and you will get the hang of it, in the other case I used to experience lack of control which translated into not getting/understanding the move, but if that way of training (not touching the floor) works better for you then work on it like that :)
