Great to see you have an ebike channel. At 76 years old I just picked up my new E-MTB and haven't quit grinning since. I haven't been able to bikecamp yet but just finished up putting some panniers, a trunk, and a handle bar bag on the ride and have them all loaded up ready to go. We have either been having tornadic weather or blazing hot with humidity in the 80's and 90's. I am looking forward to your content. Love you channel.

You forget you’re watching an ‘amateur’ filmmaker.
Real quality production.
It's a lot of putting the camera down, riding past, then going back for it; putting it somewhere else, riding past again, then going back for it again; a drone too; the post production... He's very good at it.

Your videos are like therapy. So relaxing.
Just the birds singing and nothing else, quality.
You do what you want to do that makes you happy.
Suggestion for your ebike channel, you should make a buggy to pull behind the bike (maybe with suspension) that also has a solar panel on the top. Or a small bike camper. Love your videos, been watching for a while now, I live in the U.S.
And I thought I wasn't gonna have a relaxing evening..., cheers!
Excellent fire backstop/reflector. I used one at a winter lean-to which had a plastic sheeting roof and door. The fire's heat came through the plastic door and kept us warm all night. only feeding the fire twice when each of the two of us got up to pee.

We are not allowed to camp in the wild in Germany anywhere. Only on private land with the owners permission. It's a shame. I really envy you, in a goood way of course. All the best for the new channel, but don't quit the camping/cooking please 😁

I got myself a carrera crossfire e-bike in March I love it, my wife got a Pendleton e bike, we put the alcohol burner kettle in pannier bags and head out for our adventures, we love them, just hit 300 miles on them this week
Hi Andy, have you ever, or could you do a video on what food/drink you take and where you get it from? eg: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, basic food packs, ration packs, oil, seasoning, etc. Cheers
At 26.08 is my favorite part of a campfire; the glowing coals are just so fun to watch! Lovely spot and it did look quite comfy; mostly quiet and secluded. Very nice.

Nice spot. I can't ride a bicycle because I have balance issues. Your videos are like a vacation for me and very relaxing. Love your attitude especially when things don't go as planned because your mental flexibility is the key to getting through things and enjoying despite the negatives. Please don't mind those who criticize your speech or whatnot because if they were found in a desperate situation I'm pretty sure they couldn't wheedle so much as a rotten potato from you due to their penchant for negativity and boorishness. Come paddle and camp the Hudson Valley. You'll love it!
Oh bloody l I got really exited thought I was going to see the e bike trailer bell tent power station log burner and an 85 litre rucksack. We need so much gear for an overnighter

When time and energy are limited, an E-Bike is a fine aid to get away into the developed woodland.

Thanks for a nice video. As an e-mountain bike owner here in Nevada, USA, I appreciate videos on e-bike camping. I also use my big two wheel drive, two battery, dual suspension bike for hunting. My E-CELLS S.M.C. can carry up to 400 pounds (including me).
TIP: Beyond 3 days it is less weight to carry a iso-butane canister and small burner than alcohol and alky stove.
Personally I much prefer ESBIT fuel tablet stoves to alcohol stoves, despite the residue from burning ESBIT.

Andy, your saddle is too low on that bike, raise the saddle so your leg is almost locked out on the downstroke. You’ll get much more power through the pedals. Great video as ever
I agree with .... Solitary Dan ..... Have some camping trips with the eBikes with the reviews of how the bike held up to the trip .. items taken .. comfort .. bike setup .. different weather conditions .. etc. Love to see those type of videos.

As a once avid cyclist, I'd suggest raising both your handlebars and seat up a couple of cms. Might make for a bit more comfortable ride. To figure out how high, your back should be at a flat angle, and your knees should be almost fully extended at the bottom of the stroke.

You are going to need good compact solar panels to spread out in the wilderness to charge ebike while you camp. Get cargo bike not the truck to haul fire pit
