The reason people say these are the best buns people have ever tasted is because you toasted the almonds to give it a robust flavor and made your own roasted marzipan. In comparison regular marzipan is bland and less flavorful because it is made of untoasted almond. I think your use of vanilla really makes them good! Great job creating this recipe 👏

I made these and they are incredible! So good. I like that your filling doesn't have raw egg white like so many of the others.I also like the scissor idea.I am Italian Canadian but like to cook food from different cultures.

Can anyone tell me how many grams of flour in a dl? And how many grams of sugar are in a dl?
Flour is 60 grams pr dl and sugar is 90 grams pr dl (just weighed it myself) 😄
