Good Year Tires vs Dextero

In this video we compare Good Year Tires vs Dextero and reveal which of these new tires I bought for my own car and why. If you agree or disagree with my choice of tires please comment below the video. UPDATE; After 3 years I can say The Dextero set lasted quite a while. I busted a belt in two of them before the tread was wore out. When I finally replaced them. I lucked up on some Pirelli tires at Sams club on sale. I also had the Good Year and then the Dextero on the Toyota Camry. The Dextero stopped better on rainy days than the Good year, and the Pirellis I have now do even better in the rain but cost more. I just bought my 3rd set of Dexteros today. (245 70 r16's for my Chevy Trailblazer at $77.10 per!) I got 62,000 miles out of these and would've gotten another good 10k if I'd have done my rotations religiously. Good, quiet ride on both my Chevy and Honda Pilot as well. WAY better than the Goodyears, Kelly Springfield's and even the Bridgestone junk I've had in the past. No maintenance issues in over 100,000 miles between these first 2 sets!

I just put a set of Dextero DAT1 on my F150 4X4. They were $102 a piece. I've driven a little over 100 miles, quiet tires, good on gravel. I think these are going to be great on ice and snow. Deep tread and a lot of sipes. 👍

Dextero is the largest tire manufacturer in the world coming from Singapore. Id say they do real good if they have that kind of business. I had 2 or 3 sets now on different vehicles ive bought never any issues.

As a tire tech i can tell you ive never had a dextero dat1 come back for flat repair but cant say the same for the goodyear wrad

I have a set of 265/70/R17 Dextero AT tires on my 2015 Silverado, double cab, 4X4. Great tires so far. I have had them for approximately 2 weeks now.

He did his research, as did I, and dextero is produced by the biggest tire company on the map, produced by Gigi, and a better tire than the good year, and in my opinion, much better looking tire for my truck, I had Goodyear wranglers, and went to the dextero because it's a much more aggresive tire

Think wall on a Goodyear does not testify anything.... it's all about quality of the rubber . it's all about the Heat reduction and wear.... also ticker wall of the tire will be more louder. That's why runflat tires generally way more louder because they have a very thick sidewalls that you can drive on.

I bought these Dextero tires recently. They seem like good tires but they STINK something terrible! They smell like a dairy farm for a week or so after you put them on.

GoodYear has been making crap tires for many , many years. Been selling off that name for a long time.

They did bring a new radial trailer tire to market about 2 years ago, called the Endurance. Best trailer tire I’ve ever run, and the first USA made trailer tire in over a decade.

I ran my original good years up to 56000 miles and only out replacing them because the alignment on the truck got out of whack.

My goodyears had 70k on them now and replaced with more goodyear. Never had a problem. @@madjackgamingandfitness498
