Arthur is truly one of the most amazing characters in this show. You can easily love to hate him, but also hate to love him. The actor is insanely good, and his development throughout the show is a true punch in the gut. He is a beast when it comes to protecting his family and you don't ever want to get into his bad side. I never expected to like this character so much, its so crazy. Truly.
Love how you appreciate the subtle things that I think make the actors so good! Like Tommy's little smile in the sandwich scene and also in an earlier episode the way Polly's eyes light up but were also full of pain when talking about her kids
Fun Fact - They met in *Bradford* On the set of *Wuthering Heights* (2009) by *ITV* Which was written by *Bradford* author *Emily Bronte.* *Charlotte* has appeared in 6 *Bradford* filmed productions, one of which is *Peaky Blinders* (2013-2022).
Just to think if the actor who played Freddie in season one had decided not to leave the show we my never have had the character of Michael brought in and developed in the way he was.
To be fair though, I would be curious to know how he would've done with the Russian arms deal and especially Tommy's politician arc. Especially when we find out Freddie was actually born Jewish.
Major spoilers for later on in the show. I think the way Freddie died was disappointing and very jarring. Seeing what eventually happens to Michael by Tommy's hand no less, which would have been Freddie if he had stayed in the show makes me think it would have been very tragic for Tommy to have killed Freddie, somebody that saved his life at some point.
@@matsaidso to be fair he did put warning and hid actual message behind read more button. If even after that someone who doesn't want to read spoilers expands that message and reads it, it's on them. Mojority of people in this comment section already watched all seasons and it is perfectly normal that we want to discus things that happen later on in series. As long as message is hidden and with spoiler warning it is OK. Don't be so edgy mate.
Rousseau said "Give me the child to the age of five and I will give you the man" (Emile). Michael had his formative years with Poll, so what can you expect him to turn out like? Ironic he shares a name with the son in The Godfather?

loving these reactions as much as i miss the boys and stranger things this is a great show to binge and spartan ofc is in heaven every episode haha. pudgey i hope youre resting and feeling loads better. love from oregon as always💚💛
Peaky Blinders is very much a "cool guys doing cool stuff while looking tough" type of show, so it's right up his alley. It helps that the story is also well-written, not just an excuse plot for cool guys to do cool stuff while they look tough
You will get this comment alot going forward I think yet it's cool to know that the new character, May Carlton, is the wife of Tom Hardy. They did quite a visceral TV 4-part series together and jesus christ, Tom is a beast in it and shows a rawness I would compare to John Blackthorne in Shogun. Played wonderfully by Cosmo Jarvis who may or may not pop up again in some capacity ;)

While I'm ahead on your videos on Patreon, I do like to watch these uploads again. It sometimes takes a second or third viewing to fully grasp how insanely wrong Spartan is about everything.
I never really liked Michael. He just came off as a brat to me. I wish they'd kept the daughter alive and had some story about Michael getting into trouble and causing her death. How that would have affected his relationship with Poll. Maybe have some jealousy there, or seen him struggle to cope while putting on a front. Would have made him more likeable. To me at least 😅
Michael has that Shelby blood for sure!

I just watched 20 mins of this video thinking why does Pudgey have shoulderpads on her jacket. It was the chair behind her this whole time 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Now I can't unsee it lol
I have said before - Pudgy has an Olympic swimmer's shoulders. She don't fukin' need no shoulder pads, right?
Ha ha with the glasses it kinda works
Same here, only clocked the chair 10 mnts on the video 😂
Just tell me the strain, man 😂😂😂

Michael and John are brothers in real life!

17:00 YES PROTECTIVE TOMMY i honestly wish to see more of him being protective to his sister it makes me happy somehow idk why😂
I’m Irish. Cillian is an Irish name. It’s pronounced killian with a k
The reason Cillian seems weird is because it's literally a name in another language
i love to see your enthusiasm and cant wait for the episodes to drop!
You guys are amazing, thanks for the content!
Hope you’re feeling better Pudge!!!!
Curly has gypsy intuition like aunt pol.

A lot of the Season 2 music is PJ Harvey. She’s brilliant.

There was so much sadness in this episode, Pudgeys crying is warranted
Can't wait for you guys to continue with this. Sooo much greatness awaits you!
I've been stalking this channel since 5am east coast time 😂😂
You can definitely tell the brothers never got sandwiches from Pol and were low key jealous lol
I was born in Doncaster, so when they mentioned the town i was SO EXCITED LOL
Hi I'm from Birmingham UK loving you're work I'm here to say peaky blinders are a real gang guy

She's not ashamed of what he does... you just don't go telling people you're just meeting that what Tommy does is illegal in every way..

This is one of the best episodes ever.
The posh horse trainer lady, May Carlton is actress Charlotte Riley. She is Tom Hardy's wife in real life.
By order of Peaky blinders...
I like this line kk

What was that series called?
Fun Fact - They met in *Bradford*
On the set of *Wuthering Heights* (2009) by *ITV*
Which was written by *Bradford* author *Emily Bronte.*
*Charlotte* has appeared in 6 *Bradford* filmed productions, one of which is *Peaky Blinders* (2013-2022).
Also her name is *May Carleton* not *May Carlton,* plus *Wuthering Heights* is a 2 episode series not a 4 episode series.
Back with another banger!🇬🇧🇦🇺🙏
WAIT...i've always said his name with the C, apparently the incorrect way
His friends call him Cill 😊
because tom hardy plkays bane thats why you hear the similarity
Arthur crashing out was reasonable some guy tried to kill his brother
May Carlton > Grace
*Carleton
Completely agree with you.

You need a life bro
@wastingtime9004 - thanks for the feedback
They're both wrong a lot.
They can't even remember simple facts like who is who.
@@danielgardecki1046 - I say it jokingly, and for a laugh. They are both just fine.
🤣🤣
How can they not see some of the most obvious things? She's even wearing glasses this time.
Is it the light glare or something?
watch black sails next please
Guys, when will you do Severance?
You should watch Gangs of London as well
Idk if you guys know but the actor who plays sabini is from oz
Like the glasses....🔥 🤓 a beauty

The poms are big biters. My mate bit off an air marshals finger on his way to Australia.
What’s a pom?
What's an Air Marshall on a flight to Oz
Have they watched Tom Hardy's Taboo?
Pudgey seems trying new hot style. Hard to catching up an ambitious girl for good guys like Spartan
It´s the chair haha
I think Michael was six!
Fun fact, The guy playing Uncle Charlie is Jorah Mormont from Game Of Thrones.
Lol no it’s not
Its a long show but I think you should watch the walking dead next
Sean needs to chill
😃👍🏻❤️
You guys should react to the flash it's great, at least in the first 4 seasons.
Pudgey looks fine as hell.
You guys like tom hardy your should do a reaction to taboo it's amazing series
